It's very run down inside and out. It needs a lot of work to bring it up to a reasonable standard. My single room was tiny and very basic. Door handle falling off the bathroom door and the door to the room was very difficult to unlock. No facility in the room to make yourself a drink, which should pretty much be the norm these days. I didn't bother with breakfast after reading previous reviews.

The breakfast was only salad and a couple of bits of fruits. We was expecting a cooked breakfast so ended up skipping breakfast and had to go elsewhere.

Run down.tv didn't work. Had to ask for towel for 3rd adult. Bathroom door hit fridge. Need towel rails to hang towels to use.

Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. Not the best continental breakfast. I like a decent coffee but all that was on offer was instant Maxwell House.. which was pretty vile .. so invest in a coffee\tea maker as a start.

Its a budget hotel , its clean and decent location for staying in the area. It could do with a spritz up for sure but cant complain for what you pay. Did find it annoying that my private bathroom was in another room which is not great for me. I have a number of medical problems and found it an issue.. thankfully there was a sink in my room.. !! Did not help having some idiot upstairs getting drunk and thinking it fun to smash the glass on a fire alarm.. which could happen to any place you stay in.

Basic facilities, bathroom was outside the room and was so dirty had fully greased dirty mat on and shower looked so bad had all limescale on, I could not shower and used the toilet with much difficulty due to the mat on floor as it was not bearable. Single bed was not very comfortable. It was looking like a dorm or student accomodation.

Location was good for a course. Price was okay. Parking good. Directions was easy check in was smooth. Had a sink inside the room where I washed my face. Small kitchenette, fridge and heater was in the room, study desk and wardrobe.

Double room was was small but ok. Attached bathroom was really small has smallest shower cubicle ever seen. Bed was not comfortable. Nothing much was available for breakfast in the kitchen, few slices of cucumber and melons. Maybe 3 spoons of cold baked beans. No staff member was available to talk.

Room is basic, not kettle for coffee and tea, not shampoo & shower liquid, breakfast is very simple, not eggs and bacon etc.

Breakfast facilities shall we say looked unappetising, poor & very basic. No coffee or tea facilities in room. Only x1 towel provided between the 2 of us. Toilet seat lid broken & left on floor beside toilet. No bathroom sink plug. Bed so uncomfortable due to worn mattress, we had to sleep from the foot-end & although we found 2 spare pillows there were no pillowcases. Wish we could find a plus, but we can't. All round, very, very basic. Disappointed as we regularly go through Booking. Com but this has been such a huge let down.

The shower had dirt in the tray. When I used the shower it was either burning hot or scolding hot there was no way to regulate the water. The net curtains had holes. Dust behind the headboard. Chips out of the furniture and the laminate had brown stuff to hold the ripped bit together. The sink was spotless. The bed was comfortable. The phone number is disconnected so you can’t call them. I tried to call but it wouldn’t connect. I emailed and still have had no reply 4 days later.

Having a toilet/shower room opposite the room, which although it was for my personal use, it was used by others despite this. It was advertised as personal bathroom, so I assumed it would be ensuite. The hand wash was taken by someone else, so I had no soap. There was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Take your own soap for a shower.

The bed was comfier than I thought it would be.
