We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The toilet block is modern and it was kept very clean at all times. The shop on site offers a variety of food and essentials. The staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful.

United KingdomNothing to dislike but a patio heater in the decking area out the front and at the side of the hut would be a great addition.
Loved loved loved the Shepherds hut. Fantastic little hut with everything in it you would need for your stay. The owner of the site was lovely and very helpful. The shower/toilet block was clean and well maintained. There is a little outdoor bar area on site and a local burger van came up on Saturday night and did the most delicious burgers for a reasonable price. Wren Mill is close to New Quay and the coastal path. Would definitely stay again.

United KingdomThe site was described as being 'beachfront' but it definitely wasn't. I wouldn't stay again because of having to go outside at night for the toilet. That's okay for younger people but I'm a Senior Citizen so not a good choice for me. There was nowhere nearby to eat.
I liked the accommodation, though a bit cramped for 3 adults. The staff were very helpful. The site was peaceful.
