Amazing communication with the host, who could not do anymore to make us feel welcome and provide us with a wealth of information on the local area to ensure we had a relaxing visit. Property is very well kitted out in a location on the edge of town within easy walking distance, providing relaxing surroundings away from the main road. The garden is also a good size and well kitted out for el fresco dining or enjoying a few drinks on a sun day. The whole family liked the house, and we would definitely stay again and would definitely recommend it to others.

A good front door mat so that you could wipe your feet properly before you entered the property, also a bigger mat to stand on inside the door to take your shoes off , as requested by the owner.

Fabulous house in Sheringham! The house is spacious and was spotlessly clean. It is the best equipped accommodation we have ever stayed in with plenty of crockery and cutlery, glasses and cooking equipment as well as up-to-date technology. There is a spacious hard landscaped garden which would have been nice to sit in in warmer temperatures. The house is a 10 minute walk downhill into Sheringham centre and Tesco and slightly further to the seafront. (The sea can be seen from the first floor!). A lovely small town with good facilities and lots of lovely walks nearby, it was perfect for our family of 6 adults and a dog. Chris, our host, was friendly with good communication regarding the property and the surrounding area both before and during our stay. We would highly recommend this accommodation and look forward to a return visit.

Chris was an amazing host. Send out all useful information about the local area and about the house. . Really helped us planning our days ahead. The house was absolutely beautiful too. One of the best place we have ever stayed. Very clean, kitchen was very well equipped and all beds were very comfortable. Our kids loved the game room. So much space even for two families .

We have booked again to visit in the summer as the only downside was the weather! And that still feels too far away!

We absolutely loved the house. It was beautifully furnished, with every attention to the finer detail. It felt like home. We loved the location, just a short walk to the amenities and the beach. We really liked the liaison with the chris the host as this helped us to settle in more quickly and make the most of our stay.

Everything was great - perfect for a group stay! So much space, great size rooms and beds! Welcome hamper was a lovely touch, and the games room has some great boardgames available! Plenty of space, easy walk to the seafront/town. Chris couldn’t have been more helpful, any information and recommendations we would need given prior to stay and was on hand if we had any questions! Was exactly what we needed

Well furnished, well equipped modern property with excellent facilities both inside and also in secluded rear garden. Easy parking for several cars. Great location in nice quiet area within easy walk of high street, shops and the beach. Chris was very welcoming and helpful both through initial contact emails and subsequently during the stay.

Everything was great.

Beautiful house, really well maintained with everything you could possibly want. Fantastic location a short walk from the beach and a large supermarket. Plenty to do in the area to keep everyone entertained. Especially our 3yo granddaughter who loved everything about her holiday.

The property and location is perfect. It has everything you need for a great holiday, It exceeded my expectations, a games room upstairs, portable charging points, Kitchen is modern with all the facilities. Beds really comfortable the house is spotless. We really enjoyed our holiday in sherringham it’s a must visit, which is close to Cromer, amazing break away with the family

Literally liked everything

Chris was so welcoming to us. He gave us fantastic information for our stay and genuinely cared that we had a good time. The house was amazing, literally nothing to improve. Spacious, clean, full kitchen with everything needed to cook and chill out. The weather was ace when we were there so we utilised the outside patio. Literally 5 mins drive to the beach, and 5 mins to the tescos. We also love the people of Sheringham always polite and friendly, so many shops and eateries.

We enjoyed the location as you can easily walk into town in 15 mins . The view of the sea from the upstairs bedroom was brilliant. The amount of space in the house which meant my family had plenty of room . We have three dogs and having a secure garden made a big difference. We loved the new kitchen and large table to play family games on . Having large rooms and comfortable beds was lovely too . The house was beautifully decorated and relaxing we spent a few evenings playing chess in the conservatory with a glass of wine ! The owner was very helpful also . I highly recommend.

Fabulous location, I never knew Sheringham had so much to offer. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance and a handy local supermarket. The house is very comfortable and extremly well equipped. Chris is a super friendly host and very helpful, we would defintely come back to stay.

Amazing property, very spacious, clean and well equipped. Secure garden for the dog and plenty to keep the kids entertained. Great location to go to town and only 15 minutes walk to the beach. Also easy access to other towns along the coast and to Norwich
