Found shower temperature hard to control

Breakfast courses served at appropriate time with the main freshly cooked to order. Warm toast too, choice of spreads. Cafeteria or fresh brew tea. Rooms clean. Check in/ out is very convenient and location ideal for exploring Worcester. Lesley was very helpful and gave a warm welcome.

Lesley was a Lovely host, friendly, helpful and accommodating, issues sorted out swiftly. Rooms spacious and nice decor. Really lovely breakfasts, full english or lighter options were available (Nice to have filter coffee). Location great for walking in the area, either to shops/restaurants in centre or parks near by. Buses also right on doorstep. We had a lovely few nights stay, exploring the area. Would stay again.

The water in the shower wasn't hot but only mentioned when leaving.Didnt spoil my stay. .Breakfast hearty if you like full English. Many options available to choose from .

It has a lovely homely feel - I’d booked it as a place to stay whilst visiting my Mum in hospital. It was just what you needed after a stressful day. The host Lesley’s attention to detail was fab. She was a lovely friendly lady. Nothing was too much trouble. Tasty breakfast. She sorted out a parking permit for me. Free of charge. Despite being on the main road it was very quiet and I had two great nites of sleep . I had requested a room with a bath if possible and Lesley had reserved it for. All in All a great stay during a stressful time. It’s really close to attractions and shops and restaurants. You can easily walk everywhere.

The shower could have done with better water pressure, but really nothing to complain about.

Lesley was very welcoming, and helpful. She made sure I was happy and comfortable. The property has been modernised and decorated to a very high standard. My room was great, as was the breakfast .

Parking is a bit problematic as there are mainly parking permit areas near the property. But you can get a parking permit if you ask or park for free at certain times and then move your car.

Fabulous host, lovely breakfast provided, nice and quiet despite the property being near a road, very comfy bed, excellent bathroom with space for bathroom products, very near the centre of Worcester and very clean.

Shower a little under-powered but not a show- stopper. Not a guarantee of getting a parking permit as they are first come first served, but I secured one to my relief. Overall would definitely recommend though as these are minor points.

Very comfortable 2 night stay. Good sized room and comfortable bed. Very nice breakfast with plenty of choice to choose the night before. Great location, walkable to the canal, river and city centre. Would recommend or equally would stay again.

I liked the breakfast as it was nice and fresh and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. When we went into the dining room everything was ready on the table such as fresh orange juice on the table. It was very clean and the staff were friendly and we'll be definitely be back next year.

I really enjoyed staying at 'The Shubbery Guest House'. The room was a good size with good facilities. The shower was good and the bed comfortable. Lesley the host was very welcoming and had a great knowledge of the history of Worcester. Breakfast was very good. The location was about 15 minute walk (max) from the centre but with lots of paces to eat and drink nearby. I would definitely stay again.

Warm and cosy, and a warm welcome too. Excellent breakfast freshly prepared and generous too. Such a friendly welcoming and obliging host. Our first choice next time to go to Worcester to visit family.
