Great value, great location

Nothing really, great hostel stay

The reception staff were very friendly and accommodating. I think one of them was Lionel he was very nice.

Beds were very comfy and the area was quiet. We didn’t use the other facilities other than what our room had. Party of 4, dorm to ourselves with its own bathroom. Staff were welcoming, just what we needed after a very long day of walking and sightseeing. Nice to walk through the park the following morning on our way to the V and A.

Just used for sleeping, it was comfy and quiet. I have nothing I didn't like.

Great location near public transport, clean room and bathroom, bed was comfortable. Had a very pleasant stay overall and would stay again!

The room and the kitchen is clean. It's nice to have a bathroom to share to only 6 people in the room. The locker is big, enough to put a backpack and a carry on. There is a curtain for privacy.

We need to open the window to cool off the heat of summer. That means there are lot of noises when we sleep.

On booking they should remind customers about their age.

AIR CONDITIONING DOES NOT WORK — and this is done intentionally. Each room is equipped with a wall AC unit, BUT its functions have been limited to blowing out room temperature air (i.e., like a fan) and it is autoset to turn off every ~10 min (i.e., it is worse than a fan). We thought our AC was broken until we asked a receptionist for help fixing it, and he explained that that’s how it’s meant to be. So basically the hostel does this intentionally to save on energy bills, and they keep a bunch of fans at the front desk for when guests complain about the heat and they give you a fan instead of fixing the AC. This made it incredibly difficult to sleep comfortably. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE DURING THE SUMMER, unless you want your vacation ruined by sleep deprivation. Hostel — during the summer, highly recommend that you give people actual ACs and just charge the few extra bucks it takes to cover your energy costs.

The room was clean, the facilities were in a good shape and the staff was friendly

The room was a little bit close to a restaurant so there was some noise from there

-There was a lift to all floors. -Located very centrally, with some lovely cafes and restaurants in the same street. -The communal area and dorms were clean and well maintained. -Friendly staff. -Very nice shower and washroom facilities.

-In the dorm of 6 there is only one bathroom. I didn't see any more on that floor. It can be tricky if everyone needs to use it at the same time. -The beds were small, with a lot less headroom than I'm used to.

We really enjoyed everything. Plus the stuff we’re very friendly and helpful to anything we need.

Having great air conditioning in the entire building EXCEPT the very small rooms where people are staying and sleeping should be considered a crime

The location, the tranquillity, the cleanliness, the security, but I really liked the warmth of the staff.

I was in a private room and missed the air conditioning because it was very hot and humid due to the weather. Personally, I don't like using the fan.

Great location. Three tube stations , Queensway, Baywater and Paddington are at walking distance within 10minutes.Paddington has a direct connectivity to Heathrow. All the Bus trips have a pick up station near to this property.In fact 5 minutes from the hostel. One can take a walk at Hyde park as well, which was at throw away distance.

Rooms used to get hot.I came in August and even when night temperatures were around 15C, we were sleeping with windows opened and with a portable fan.I must say it was hot as I slept without the shirt. Probably good for winter times.

Cheap prices and great location. Nice staff.

Too tight and the bunk beds had the highest third bed difficult to reach. It was the first time to try a bunk bed experience but personally, I wouldn’t do it again even if cheap priced.
