Great night access with a keyfob and whilst the night door was pointed out at check-in, it wasn’t so obvious from the outside in the dark. Maybe better signage and lighting? As very small point on an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Very tidy, clean and well decorated hotel and restaurant. Western theme helped make it a fun place to stay. Staff were very helpful, friendly and enthusiastic. They even make their telephone number obvious and actually answer it which is unusual these days!

Fun themed pub, bedroom was a good size as was the bathroom. Excellent shower. We enjoyed both the dinner and the breakfast. Plenty of parking which is always welcome especially in a town centre location.

Inflexible check in and check out times, missed breakfast as I needed to leave before 7:30.

The rooms are super clean, comfy and well decorated, good facilities in the room. 15 minutes walk from the station which was pleasant and fine.

Road noise but that's me being picky.

From the initial check in to the next morning - everything was superb. The staff are wonderful and the breakfast to die for - would definitely use again.

The property was really good. A lot of effort has been put into to the decor, really felt like we were staying in the Wild West. We had an evening meal there as well as breakfast. Both were excellent. The breakfast was included and the evening meal was really good value for money.

Prices in the restaurant were a little more than I expected.

Everyone was so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Such a warm greeting every time. Food was lovely, good choice on menu. Breakfast amazing.

Fun, quirky accommodation and bar restaurant. Everything western themed. We were going on the steam train next door on the following day so it was a perfect place for an overnight stay. Dinner (not included) was lovely and breakfast was fab.

A bit noisy up to about 10.30pm from the restaurant downstairs - which was to be expected so we didn't really mind as it was only an overnight stay.

the western themed rooms were a bit of fun - not the run of the mill you get with the big chains. We had a meal there as well which was delicious, the staff were very entertaining and extremely helpful.

The music in the restaurant was too loud for us. We could not have a normal conversation with eachother. Luckily the weather was nice, so we were able to sit outside, away from the speakers. The hotel room was quite hot, and we were only able to open the windows partially. The loud music from the restaurant downstairs could be heard in our room very clearly, but luckily it stopped when the restaurant closed for the night.

We were travelling to Devon from The Netherlands, and chose this hotel to stay in overnight. We loved the location because of its proximity to the town centre and supermarket. Royal Turnbridge Wells is beautiful. The restaurant of the hotel was popular with local people and served nice food. The service in the restaurant, as well as in the hotel were really great. We were also very happy with the cleanliness of the room.

Easy to find & in a good location. Parking (free) on site. Great welcome, easy check in. Spacious room, spotlessly clean. Good bits & bobs in the room& windows that open (a bit, but enough for real fresh air). Excellent breakfast. All the staff were well trained and courteous.
