United KingdomThe cabin had a lovely ‘quaint’ feel but it could do with a spruce- updating. Ornaments and decor is nice but dated overall. The place was clean but the sofas need the cushions removing to clean properly and it could do with a deep clean. Bringing your own bedding to a property that staying is a dated idea and would be better if offered bedding there. We have never had to do this before and means more laundry when you get home. A table for the outside would be good idea too.
The log cabin is adorable- great size for our family of three. It had lots of charm and an amazing view!

United KingdomI was sleeping with my wife but the mattress was tilting on one side and the other person was falling in the middle. The window blinds were not good and sunlight reached us really early in the morning. This was really disturbing as I can't sleep if the blinds are not blackout. It was a little hot and there was a fan but it did not work so we had to open the windows during the night. They don't provide a freezer so I couldn't enjoy some frozen food. They had 3 clocks in the cabin but they did not work. They also don't provide towels.
The location was perfect. Cabin village was nice and clean Cosy environment in the cabin

United KingdomNothing, we had a great break and will book again if in the same area. Both bedrooms have double beds, although one of the rooms could be described as snug for taller people.
We had great weather at the end of May, really enjoyed sitting on the sunny decking area. We took our little dog, other reviews suggest the property wasn’t clean due to dog hairs, but It was spotless for us on our arrival. Excellent location for Porthmadog and Portmerion, although we didn’t go there as dogs are not allowed in. Good facilities, everything available for a relaxing stay.

United KingdomThe location of the property was absolutely beautiful and very clean—really a lovely spot to relax. I think this place deserves more positive reviews. That said, I did have some issues with check-in as the key code wasn’t included in my emails. Fortunately, customer service was responsive and able to resolve it quickly. Also, there was no WiFi available, so if internet access is important to you, keep that in mind. Overall, a great stay in a peaceful setting, just a few small things to be aware of.

United KingdomThis particular cabin is in need of some TLC. The place needs a good clean up job and the mattresses need replacing as do the two sofas. We were all glad to get back to the comfort of our home. It is the first time we have stayed at accommodation that didn't provide any bed-linen. The beds were not made up and we had to buy a new duvet on day 2 because my two teenage daughters couldn't sleep the night before under a smelly duvet covered in dog hair. My wife and I also found the bed uncomfortable both having back pain from the cheap and unsupportive mattress. We also bought some tea-towels because none were provided. There was a lot of hair (both dog and human) and the place was very dusty which irritated all of us. Cobwebs were visible and a note was stuck to the kitchen wall asking us to take our rubbish with us when we left. The sofa in front the tv needs burning. It's main purpose is to absorb dust until an unlucky human sits on it, at which point it will suck in the human, deep into its unsupportive depths.
It was an ideal location for visiting our relatives who live at Gellilydan. The cabins are well-built and are just off the A427 at Trawsfynydd.
