Decor tired in places ( paint poorly touched up different colours white/pink) around kitchen. Shower head still broken from previous reviews. Internet really slow, could not play Netflix on tv without constant buffering

The only issue for us was the shower which was not powerful and took some time to warm up.

The unit was really clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed to stay in, plenty of space inside. Well decorated and the hot tub is a nice touch, easy to operate. Check in and check out process very straightforward and the place is easy to find. Even though you are near other guests it was a quiet and relaxing environment. We also had a nice walk around the grounds and out through the woodland.

The shower had no pressure which took quite a while to heat and the shower head was broken. I evicted about 20 wood lice, one sadly lost its life. I imagine it being the start of the season, it has been locked up for winter.

A few nights were enjoyed. Communication was great. Comfortable, cosy stay with the added bonus of a hot tub. Wifi was good and it had everything needed for a short stay.

Location was convenient and the site beautifully maintained. Can't wait to return. The coffee machine was a welcome treat, as was the provision of coffee, tea, sugar, oil, Salt and pepper- so handy!!

The property was beautiful, it was a perfect mix of modern and cosy. Very spacious while still getting all the benefits of being in nature. It was extremely clean and fully equipped which was a bonus too!

The accessories for the games area were in a poor state , broken or non-existent. There were several light bulbs in the lodge not working in the kitchen area.

The hot tub was great The size of the lodge was amazing. The outdoor space was good but could do with more to keep the younger generation amused (i.e.) the games area. The location was nice and peaceful and a lovely base location to explore the area.

THERE WAS NOTHING TO DISLIKE. This is a PERFECT break for a couple looking for privacy and alone time in beautiful surroundings.

I booked Snowdrop for my son & his partner as a 30th Birthday surprise. When my son and his partner arrived the owner had put up Birthday banners and balloons. The extra touches really made it a special Birthday weekend. MUCH APPRECIATED extra touches. 🙏

Not enough power points by the bed or dressing table so had to buy an extension lead. Had an iron but no ironing board. Shower leaks. Hot tub placed under tree so the cover had birds muck on it. Could have done with more comfortable garden furniture. Luckily we bought our own! The floor in the kitchen is lifting so kept tripping on it! The tap in the kitchen is back to front so we wondered why not getting any hot water until we worked it out. Kitchen would be better with a pedal bin or swing bin as having to lift the lid off with a handful of rubbish is a bit tricky. The property could do with a welcome pack to include instructions I.e tap back to front and include recommended places to go and places to eat etc and also provide a map of the grounds. I know this is provided in the emails but it would be easier to have a physical copy of the information.

It was nice and private. It was nice and bright. Furniture including bed was comfortable. The hot tub was lovely. Kitchen well stocked with what you needed. The grounds around the property were beautiful.

Not enough crockery, cutlery,no curtains,finish not very good ,a bit tired. Not enough outside lighting. Needs an outside light that stays on.

We couldn’t access the freeview channels on the tv and using iPlayer want always successful. The bathroom smelt a bit damp and it was difficult to turn the doorknob to exit the bathroom. The hot tub water could have been cleaner on arrival.

Lovely space and tastefully decorated. Peaceful location.
