The Western approach is the best path to access the property, we didn't know when we first arrived and took another one which turned out to be very bumpy. Property could be better signposted but that didn't detract from the fact that it was an exceptional stay.

We stayed in a large room with two beds which overlooked the grounds. Amazing views, really comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. Restaurant was exceptional. Lovely grounds wonderfully kept.

The house itself is full of grandeur with a really impressive entrance and foyer. Large grand rooms with marble fireplaces and an en-suite as big as dome bedrooms in other hotels.

Entry and exit to the property was a bit difficult, or rather confusing as to whether we came in from the service entrance or not. It was very pothole-ridden and rough.

As I remember, it was a classic English breakfast. I do remember the poached eggs were done quite nicely. The grounds were exceptional, though it had just rained so we were unable to really enjoy them.

Breakfast, whilst of decent quality, was quite a slow drawn out process which could be made much quicker. Its not helped by the kitchen being a long way away from the dining room

The house has been converted to a hotel with luxurious and comfortable rooms. The views of the grounds are the show stealer though!! We’ve visited many times and are never disappointed. The staff are genuinely friendly and go out of their way to make your stay the best it can be.

Needed an overnight stay along the motorway and Springkell was just perfect. Booked at 8pm at night, arrived past midnight outside the check-in times. Great and quick communication to make it possible. The beautiful grounds gave us a break from the motorway and the room had everything we needed. Very comfy bed and spacious bathroom.

Stunning building and grounds. The restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was of great quality and perfectly cooked. The room was spacious and had a huge bathroom. Perfect for our overnight stay travelling from Scotland.

This was the best hotel we have stayed at on a business trip for a long time. Fantastic value for money plus a great location Delighted with the owner kindly provided excellent directions and accommodating our extremely late arrival due to the A82 road through Glencoe being closed. Looking forward to staying there again soon.

Setting was great. A lovely stately home set in its own park. Happy friendly staff. Good food at a fair price and a comfy bed. What more could you want ?

Absolutely stunning house and location. James (I think!) was an exceptional host, told us all the history of the area and kept the bar open late for us....lots of whiskey discussions 🤪

Big dining area with only 3 tables, dinner made to order, there is not a 'proper' restaurant. But quality of food is fine.

Friendly staff, very nice location, sufficient parking spaces. Lovely surroundings. Great atmosphere. Nice size rooms. A part of the house has been refurbished, the bedrooms are in a nice state. Good cooked breakfast.

The hotel was in a nice setting and so peaceful. The staff were all very friendly and the food was delicious.Our room was big and nicely decorated. Our bed was comfortable. The views from the property were great. Lots of areas to walk as well.
