Access to the rooms are via the rear kitchen area no big issue, just let's the vibe down a bit, access in the area is tight so would cost to change. Rooms were generally clean and tidy, a little dusty in hard to reach places. Otherwise spot on.

For the price of the room there was no breakfast and no WiFi which should reflect the price but I suppose the price is for the location. The room was OK bit dated

Access is only for the able bodied. Poorly lit at night. Could do with a little tlc in the room. Loose handrail was the worst thing

The room was clean and tidy, with tea, coffee making facilities. The bed was comfortable and the views were fantastic.

Bathroom facilities need some attention/updating. Issues with toilet flush, taps on sink - would have preferred a walk in shower. Room cleanliness could be better - very dusty in places and 1 bedside lamp not working. Staff very good during carvery service and would go back again - very accommodating to any specific needs of customer. Unable to get a coffee in bar area during day. Had to go elsewhere

Location to beach, views from room, close to many eateries, take-aways all within walking distance. Springwell inn carvery is a must.

The bunk beds were abit creaky.

Lovely clean room and helpful staff, we would definitely stay again. The beds were the most comfortable on our travels in wales and the shower was always nice and hot. The family room has a beautiful view. There are a few little shops and a couple cafes around the Springwell Inn that do nice breakfasts. The springwell Inn does serve food from 12 but we didn't eat there on our stay but next time will definitely try it out.

Only two tables where you could sit with dogs on restaurant, when full with tourists from Parkdene, bcould not get table even when told them we were staying in there and had booked two out of the three rooms and had only 5 guests and two very small dogs. Don't allow take aways in rooms so had to find takeaway and eat on wall. Our king-size room was lovelly with complementary biscuits, shampoo etc. The family room paid for only had basic tea and coffee and no complimentary wash products, when I asked was told they didn't do them, I said we had them on our room and was told they didnt have them to provide so had to go out and purchase which cost more than usual as only site type of shops charging what they like for products. Area to back steps leading to rooms needed a clean, old wires which were a tripping hazard and smelly water and drains could do with disinfectant being put down.

The only fault we had was with the bed, it wasn’t very comfortable and wasn’t very stable, every time we sat on it, it would move, including the posts above the bed.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike. We were aware that the accommodation does not serve breakfast, but you could go to the cafe next door and buy a cooked breakfast.

The accommodation was perfect, the food was excellent. The location was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant surprise when we arrived in daylight because everything looked so much better than it did on the photo taken at dusk.
