We had a lovely two-night stay in the Avocet and Dartford Warbler rooms, with the Dartford Warbler overlooking the beautiful garden. Steph and Richard were incredibly welcoming, friendly, polite, and attentive throughout our visit. The rooms were spotless and perfectly suited to our needs, with comfortable beds and a peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious! Highly recommend this place !!

Didn't like walking out via the hallway to the adjacent toilet and shower in the middle of the night . We stayed in the Spoonbill room .

Steph and Richard were lovely hosts and made us feel very welcome . The breakfast was lovely . The area was nice and quiet and a short walk into Wareham . Bed was super comfy in the spoonbill room . Decor a little dated but still lovely

The only small thing was that activity started quite early in the morning - about six - but it didn't bother me much.

Breakfast was excellent, cooked to order and delicious. I always rate a breakfast by the quality of the scrambled eggs and these were top rate

Location was perfect for visiting Studland and Swanage. Room was very clean, breakfast tasty and the garden beautiful. The hosts were so welcoming and made me feel at ease as I was travelling alone. I would definitely stay again.

The room was a little cramped.

The location was perfect to go into Wareham town. Stephanie and Richard were very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. The room was warm and comfortable and clean.

This was saved by the hosts letting me know that breakfasts are seasonal, this caused inonvieiance for weather was extremly wet. the lack off food should have been more prominant on web site.

There was a slight issue with the water pressure which was unable to be fixed before I left - not the fault of the hosts and hopefully it is working better now!

Steph and Richard were lovely and welcoming, and had thought of everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. It is a gorgeous property and the breakfast was delicious. I think the bed was the highlight for me - it felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. Highly recommend :)

Dorset has a surplus of traffic jams, particularly at road works when THERE IS NOBODY WORKING!

We had a picnic in the lovely garden. When our hosts saw us about to drink wine from plastic beakers they brought out wine glasses! Very much appreciated.
