Hmmm where do I start. Dusty and dirty air vent and fan. Base of the bed is dirty. Woke up to find things crawling on my body (don't know if it was ants or what).

Able to get into the property after arriving late. Warm room.

Room was not very clean, big lumps of dust on the floor. No mirror ok the bathroom. Bathroom was small and not clean. The shower was suboptimal. Wardrobe was in terrible state. No wifi given. Took more than 10 minutes and several missed call to tell us that the keys were under the rug at entrance. We arrived within the time given to the host. Only one towel given at start despite the booking being for 2, although they gave us a towel the day after we requested for one.

Very close and easy to get to Woolwich station. Good for attending MCM London at ExCeL The bed was comfortable.

Customer service was poor and the property wasn’t comfortable at all due to sound pollution at night from the restaurant and the room TV was completely out of service as there is no WiFi in the property.

I arrived at 5pm and was told that I would need to open up the room I had payed to rent in the next 45 minutes for a house viewing, which was extremely intrusive and unprofessional. When I said I would be going vero the shop, the landlord said “that’s okay, I have a spare key” which printed me to take all my belongings with me to the shop and lock myself in the room at all times. The room was dirty and the mini fridge was switched off upon arrival.

The Bed was uncomfortable didn’t sleep well at all,the cupboard under the sink is very dirty including the microwave. The bathroom is very small and to use the toilet was very difficult because it was too narrow . The outside bin was by the window we couldn’t open the window because of the smell it was too much . The house need upgrade.

They advertise false pictures and the quality of the room is poor the service is very bad the toilet flooded whilst I was there and the water leaked into the room the cupboard was broken it’s literally the worst place ever

The place is a shit hole. The room was infected with some sort of Insects. On and in the bed and in the shower room and other parts of the room. Not only in the room also in the dirty kitchen. In fact from the areas I could see all looked dirty. The TV wouldn't come on and the shower room cabinet was falling apart. When I tried to call the person to report all the problems it kept saying the line was busy. I lost track of how many times I tried to call. I also sent a email and got no response.

The place is under renovation. No staff to attend to me on arrival. I was attended to workers on site

I couldn’t sleep in the room as the place was unkept.
