Beds don’t have any support at feet or head and your things fall out of bed especially when you want to have your stuff with you so you don’t have to keep coming down. I arrived mega tired and their reception is in a bar that was raving loud and I really felt apprehensive about this and probably would not stay again on the same terms when travelling for work- if you want to party and meet people it’s ok.

the stairs and room (on night one) travelling with my 70+ mum, it wasn't great, if 20 years young then yes, we didn't know it was a hostel when booked, the room had no ventilation, and it was hot, very hot... shared bathrooms too, haven't done that since student days back in the 90s, we changed rooms on night too and it was much better, the window opened and it had its own bathroom, thank you

the location was great, close to all transport links, the staff too, they couldn't be more helpful, from reception staff, bar staff and the cleaners, a credit to the facility

Rooms have no windows and no vents, so on a hot day this is a smelly, hot sauna, all day and all night. The only small breath of fresh air you can get is in the toilet.

Loved the pub and the sports bar with the giant screen and A/C. Free cold water, too. This is a nice place to hang out, which, as a backpacker, you need. Location is actually quite nice as Hammersmith is a cool part of London.

Maybe I should say: Male bed changer kept coming into the all ladies room, loudly speaking/striking up conversation and pushily wanting to change sheets between 9 and 10 am without knocking on the Friday morning. Asked him to stop, knock door, and return nr checkout time 10.30. Checkout is 11am, so privacy and permission to be in bed undisturbed is to be respected

Good service once again. When bathroom was soaked from the shower, prompt mopping up happened on two occasions when staff notified

shower and toilet messy and dated - e.g nowhere to put toiletry, wet floor due to leaking pipework and non-adjustable shower head, inadequate ventilation. Wet Room footwear essential. Cleaner obviously cleans but ineffective because of what I previously mentioned.

The location was perfect - a short walk from area of interest and very good access to transportation. Cost was perfect for my very tight budget. Staff helpful on my arrival. I did not need any of the other services provided so cannot comment further.

It was very hot in a room, I've asked a member of staff at the recepcion to open a window to air the room but my request was ignored.Pillows are absolutely terrible.

No seat. One socket hanging off wall.downstaurs bar had few down Seats I'm disabled. Breakfast finished too early.

Was lot stairs up but staff good about storing luggage and someone helped me up and down with it as I left.Bathroom clean an in room.clise to bus station and tube.Ampke points to charge.Near to spoons and capital one shopping centre IKEA and tk max.less noisy than front room I stayed o. O. First floor last year.

Very clean rooms and common areas. Breakfast was very good with the selection of cereals and cold meats. You could even make a toastie.

The only area to sit other than on your bed is the bar downstairs. Not a big deal. Their food is ok for what it is.

This pace has super friendly and helpful staff and is perfectly situated to jump on the tube for an early flight from Heathrow. Staff printed out my visa for me which was a life saver. Showers are fine, beds are comfy. Reasonably priced for London too.
