While check in the personnel did not inform me about breakfast and did not gave me breakfast coupon. On the morning I waited just to check am I paid the breakfast or no.

the bathroom floor is always wet, the space is not enough.

We knew that the hostel is in active district with a lot of pub and noise, so who sleep not hard - I will not recommend this place, but for us everything was fine. The hostel gives the earplugs for free. Very interesting key system - through the program for every person, who lives in room - very convienent.

The mouse that resided in the breakfast room was also very noisy but had ear plugs… being drunk also helps.

Facilities were lacking, no kitchen area to prep food, not even a kettle or a microwave. Too few bathrooms on my floor, two bathrooms for the entire floor, not nearly enough. Wish there were a table or sitting area to get some work done.

Obviously, the noise. The rooms are above the pub and lane. I drank the complimentary half pint, had a bit of banter and went to be about midnight. It was noisy til some time after one am, but I slept pretty well. If the owner is asking, I would of course suggest double glazing, to keep the noise out a bit! But the earplugs at least show they know.

Good location. Good price. The bar was fun. Shower & toilet was fine for getting ready in the morning, better than the one in my office. Breakfast actually looked decent, but with so many options nearby, I was happy to explore. Sockets by bed made remote working easy the next day. And nice to have a kettle for tea etc in the morning.

Only thing was the shower cubicle, it was tiny and I struggled to move in it and I'm not the biggest of people.

Not far from the tube station and easy to find. Very busy pub on the main street. Comfy bed, dorm was clean and had good luggage storage under the bed. Wifi good in the room.

VERY loud at night (live night club). Literally wasn't able to sleep. Bathroom in 1st floor isn't good. I would recommend adding a common fridge and microwave, as well as free earbuds (like those used during swimming, shouldn't be expensive). Also, keep the toilet under more regular check. Pro tip: bathroom in 2nd floor is much more better.

Very welcoming staff. Great location near London bridge station and multiple nearby amenities. I wasn't expecting such a price for a stay in London. I had no issues with the goki app. Very easy to use. I believe I'll come again as a solo traveller.

There is a bar downstairs, I went because they always have live music (and you get discounted drinks if you stay) and had a great time so I wasn’t trying to sleep. They do provide ear buds but if you are looking for a peaceful hostel this one isn’t for you, but if you’re looking for a fun night then it’s definitely the one!

Great location, the hostel is very clean and feels very secure as you can only access with and electronic key. For London Bridge, the price was good and the room came with water and clean towels and tea/coffee so all very nice!

The location is perfect if you need to stay close to London Bridge and that area (like me). Very close to the subway (2 min away by feet) and supermarket. The area is also plenty of restaurants and bars.
