Self catering worked well and property small but ideal for a couple. Limited wardrobe space though.

Breakfast a bit pricey but was excellent. Would be better if a smaller breakfast for cheaper was available.Disposable cups for tea making in the room looked used . Only one pillow per bed.

The mattress wasn’t very comfortable. Felt outdated… but it’s not too bad.

The house is beautiful and the room was lovely. Our room had a lovely view of the field. The staff was friendly and helpful. I also loved Billie, the black cat.

Room lacked a bit of dusting but was clean, however this was explained by the host as they were lacking staff, but this should have been reflected in the price.

Very little, my en suite would have been a bit small for two and a lift would help the less sprightly as the stairs were quite steep

The hotel was splendid, warm and professional welcome from very helpful owners. Spacious public rooms and convenient without being in the busy centre of the town.

Would have liked china crockery in the room. Also the breakfast buffet could have included cereals.

The whole experience was great. The hotel is beautifully positioned on the edge of Perrenporth, the rooms were very comfortable, the lounge, bar and breakfast room were all sizeable and , best of all, the owners made us more than welcome

Bathrooms a bit small - but manageable . For the price I paid , I expected to have my room and bathroom serviced each day. Unfortunately , this was not offered. I also would have liked my breakfast to have been included in the cost of the room .

The ensuite was quite small, shower not very powerful, & if you wanted choice of a breakfast in morning had to pay extra, which we declined. Think should've been included in price.

It's a little way out of Perranporth (which we knew and expected) and we didn't know where the footpaths to the hotel were so on arrival walked up the road. Once at the hotel the owner told us where the footpaths were which were much nicer routes. If arriving on foot worth calling ahead to be given information about the footpath routes.

Very friendly staff, great breakfast, very nice and comfortable room. Convenient for the South West Coast Path as you can cut across inland from the Path to the hotel or vice versa.

The distance to Perranporth is how the crow flies, in reality much further, road very steep, there is a public path through fields but not very clear and would need to return before the sun goes down

A great location with breathtaking views over Perranporth but close enough for a short stroll into the town. The owner’s hospitality is second to none and it feels like you are being welcomed into their home rather than staying at a hotel. Simply put, a fantastic little non corporate hotel.

Shame about the road noise, sadly the owners cannot change that. Made to feel very welcome and felt very at ease.

Plenty of breakfast, would have liked more choice of fruit.
