We chose the house partly because there was a bath as well as 2 showers as we had 2 young children with us who don’t like showers. Unfortunately there was a problem with the boiler which meant there was no hot water for the bath. It would have been good to know this in advance. We would also have appreciated some recommendations on where to eat. Although the children loved bug hunting in the garden, the rattan furniture was very tatty, some comfortable seating would be good.

We loved the house. It was very spacious and comfortable - perfect for our group of 2 adults and 5 children. Really good to have 3 bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable. The children loved the smart fridge and bug hunting in the overgrown garden. Good and prompt communication from Natasha.

The outside space would benefit from a tidy-up to make the most of the seating area for when the weather improves.

The house and bedrooms was what we were looking for a weekend break. Liked the fact that there was a bathroom on each floor to prevent queues in the morning!

Great location - 20 minute walk to the seafront. A really comfy house, clean and lots of towels/linen provided. Nice welcome pack. Each bedroom was bright and comfy (mattresses cosy soft). Warm home and radiators could be individually controlled.

If I was nit picking the bed was too soft but that’s the only thing that spring to mind.

Great location, 6 min walk down to the sea front and a 20min walk to the marina. Quirky cafes and pubs within walking distance. Really well appointed house for our 11 person family get together. Enough beds, seats, towels, cutlery and spaces around the dining table which was great. No eating in shifts!

Lovely spacious house for a family gathering. My grandchildren loved the smart fridge that played music..we had a few kitchen discos! Good location to walk to beach or into town, also bustop nearby that takes you to Broadstairs.

We had no hot water in the upstairs taps and this was not fixed during our short stay. Electric showers were fine.

Comfortable, large villa which easily accommodated our family group of ten. Good back yard for barbecues. Convenient location with easy walking to beach, harbour and town centre, local shop and bus stops for the excellent loop service. On street parking was ok.

St Mildred’s Villa was a lovey stay for me and 6 other friends, we found the house to be rather well equipped and the bedrooms very comfortable including living arrangements as well. The house is well within good walking distance to the beach and city centre where u can find quite a good selection of restaurants with surprisingly good food too. We visited the famous Ramsgate tunnels which was also worth our while we found it very informative and interesting. Overall we had a very lovely time in Ramsgate and the smart fridge in the kitchen was one of the highlights of our trip such a great addition to the house. Thank you for the welcome goodies as well, would highly recommend St Mildred’s Villa.

The front door gets stuck and was quite difficult to open & close, we noticed this especially at the beginning of our stay. The front and back garden both need a little love.

All the facilities within the house, such as the showers, heating and water worked as expected. The kitchen is well equipped and made our stay go without hitch. The house is very spacious and was great for our family stay.

It’s a little squeeze to fit 12 people in the living room but the house is so big you don’t notice + we brought chairs in from the kitchen to watch the rugby!

This house is the perfect place for a family get away. It’s warm and the beds are comfortable. We loved the smart fridge that we could play music from! It’s a great location as the town is very walkable. Natasha was a great host - super responsive and accommodating- we couldn’t recommend the place more :)

The house was a fantastic space for our group of 9 (plus dog!). The kitchen was large and well stocked with everything that we needed for our stay and the bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and nicely presented. The owners were very responsive and helpful.
