Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomOnly 1 double plug socket which we found tricky with 3 phones to charge and kids device following a 6 hour drive to the location. Was quite noisy especially when the bin men came early in the morning and when people arrived around midnight.
Room was spacious for 3 adults and 1 child. Plenty of towels. Good location for a trip to Anfield. Tea and coffee provided with plenty of milk sachets. Hand hair and body wash provided in bathroom. Staff extremely helpful prior to arrival with information for buses into Liverpool city.

United KingdomThere's only stairs to upper floors. The Toby closes early - 10ish - even on Friday night!
It was a reasonable price for a clean, comfortable room. We had plenty of room too. Food is available in the Toby Inn next door which was nice and good value too. Staff were great, especially booking in, we can't do stairs very well so changed our room to ground floor for us. I bet it's very popular on race days so I'd book early!
