Lack of a milk jug is all I could criticise.

Very accommodating when I suffered a bereavement and required to alter dates. Apartment well equipped and very comfortable - particularly the beds and bed linen.

The heating, it was timed & we couldn't change it so the property got cold at times as it got as cold as -4 outside.

It was a beautiful property, had everything we needed.

The bathroom was always colder than the rest of the apartment, and the shower leaked over the side of the bath.

Beautiful apartment that looks onto the castle. Beautiful grounds, good for people who like walking or dog walkers. Peaceful and gorgeous gardens. Took my Husband for his birthday. Loved it!

Nothing to not like.

Everything about this place is superb. Really didnt want to come home and will definately be back. The wood walks in the grounds are fantastic with the dogs. Would love to take a bike next time as there are miles of cycle tracks. The grounds are immense and beautifully maintained. We also went to Crawick Multiverse which is well worth a visit. The apartment itself is spacious with everything you need to make full meals. The quality of the fixtures and fittings is top quality, lovely bed and bathroom.

The apartment was beautiful. Really modern and cosy . The castle and gardens were spectacular and it was amazing to be able to stay on the castle grounds. We enjoyed lovely woodland walks on the doorstep and the large adventure playground was great for our little boy. We will definately be back, it is such a special place!

The apartment was perfect, bigger than it looks in the photos. Everything had been thought of and was easy. We were a bit out of season, but the castle gardens, grounds and playground were just what we needed for a couple of nights of quality time. We'll definitely be coming back.

Very minor points: would have liked higher water pressure in shower and bath. Didn’t like fact we were requested to strip beds and clean door handles and light switches. The reason for that is we are on holiday and want to leave household chores behind

Light grey carpet at entrance of apartment. Not great coming in from a red ash carpark - would suggest laminate or hardwood floor at door entrance

Beautiful location. Spacious apartment, with comfortable bed, and well equiped kitchen. Were able to take our dog. Although we didnt meet the staff, they had gone out of their way to obtain afternoon tea for our daughter as a surprise gift, very thoughtful. Quiet location with loads of walks. Had a lovely stay.

No clocks working in the apartment and the weather .

Beautiful setting , The apartment was Immaculate and well equipped. The only 1small niggle was none of the three clocks worked ,proparbly needed new batteries. But I recommend going as the castle if magnificent .
