The room was too small and felt cramped. There is too much going on in a very small space. The shower was tiny, and the sink wasn't clear as the drainage was slow. Towels were not changed. It's not too clear how to ask for replacements.

The room was clean and had ample facilities like a small fridge iron and board.

It was a tiny room, and the tiny bathroom is a squeeze and the door didn't shut properly. Only main 'big' light could be used - the bedside lights were actually up on the wall and non functioning.

Lots of good things to say about this place. Great location, 3 mins from the big car park, the room was clean and had a fridge. Lovely staff for key pick up (in the restaurant below). Fan provided. For the price paid it was good for a night.

Views. The position of the accommodation was good for Hastings old town,which has a lot of pubs shops and restaurants. You can also go up or the cliff lift, or walk too too the cliff top, with some wonderful .

The bathroom was on the small side, so you had to be careful and the veiw from suite 6 at the rear of the building left a lot to be desired. Not for the elder person as a lot of steps up to the suite, that said it was clean and comfortable and would suit most peoples needs

It is situated near the centre of the old town, which suited us and near to George st and its resteraunts

Room was a lot smaller than expected. Shower cubicle was way to small for spouse to even get in, was a struggle for me and I am small....A lot of stairs to get to the apartment, especially carrying overnight bags etc. General areas could do with a quick tidy up

Location to Old Town was great, A short walk to the main town centre. Lots of restaurants within a 5 min walk. Food and drink was reasonably priced. Staff were very welcoming in the establishments visited

We were accused of smuggling a dog into the property which we didn’t do !!! They later after I had to justify myself twice ( second time they sent me photos of who they believed it to be, none of them us and one couples pictures were dated after I had left the property!!!!) told me they had messaged me by mistake !!! Not impressed by that at all !!!! The room was tiny . The en-suite bathroom minuscule !!! The room was boiling hot and we couldn’t turn the radiator off !

There was no warning as to how steep the stairs were going to be. The shower had mould around the sealent of the shower tray. The folding door to the bathroom was broken. The room was very slopey, It made us think we were going to roll out of bed.

The location of the apartment was good, most of the staff were friendly. We were able to check into our room early. It was mostly clean. It was very quiet inside the building.

It was so small. The bathroom was so tiny it was hard to turn around. I paid £110 for the night but on arrival was asked for another £30 for our dog to stay! £150 for a tiny bedroom. I could’ve paid that for a hotel with breakfast included. Very disappointed. I said that it wasn’t mentioned when I booked, about the extra fee but it does say ‘charges for pets MAY apply’. Absolute rip off!!
