Location was kind of far of the attractions but within a quick bus drive.

Spacious apartment, kind of far from most of the city attractions but you can get there by a quick bus ride. Stuff was helpful and really nice, would recommend staying here if you need a nice place and don’t want to pay that much.

I had an apartment right at the buildings entrance and at the street. So, It was was not possible to keep window open though it was quite warm in the room. It was noisy & disturbing sleep from the entrance door being used loudly. All the fabric in the room smelt very strongly of food which was uncomfortable.

Just minor issues really, which didn't effect our stay. The smell as you entered the room - was a drain smell just needed a good glug of bleach. The basin in the bathroom was cracked and the shower head was quiet low for my 6ft 4" partner.

The location was excellent and the room layout was perfect with all the self catering facilities if needed. The staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful 5*

Very spaceous apartment in a nice neighbourhood just 10-15 minutes walk from the historical center and old town. Plenty of cafes, shops and restaurants around. Very kind and polite staff, we were upgraded to a bigger (two-bedroom apartment) just because it was free during the time of our stay. Excellent choice for a stay in Edinburgh!

It smelled dirty in the apartment. It was difficult to find. The parking garage and entrance to the apartments was filthy.

Liked the layout of the apartment even though it was not like what was described in the photos. The kitchen and bathroom was nice.

Expensive, and when paying for late check out you don’t expect to answer the door multiple times to explain that to cleaning staff that you have a late check out. Better communication required from reception/booking staff to cleaning team perhaps. Mattress was also changed on the second day, and it seemed like who was responsible for changing this did not mark this off on a list so had to answer the door multiple times for the same question.

Good location, good size. Glad that there were lockers to leave luggage after check out. Kitchen in the apartment was good as well with a decent sized fridge.

Not much not to like, there was some black stuff in the bathroom by the shower and it looked like the wall has started to chip away, maybe from where the water splashes in that are? Very minor - rest of the room was good.

Very nice, apartment feel and there are all the facilities you need in the room. It’s in a good location, within walking distance of most places and close to bus stops. Staff were super friendly and helpful at all times. Didn’t get a picture of the bed area but the rooms are pretty big (group of 3)

It is very expensive if only 2 people staying, but the place had 2 double rooms so if there's 4 of you then the price would be acceptable. My partner thought the bathroom was a little 'smelly', but I couldn't smell anything.

The accommodation was a flat and well equipped. The location was ideal as not in the centre and noisy but an easy walk to the centre & main park. Car park was expensive but it was underground & secure, so I had no safety concerns about it.

The windows wouldn’t stay open, especially when you want to keep the curtains closed. It was hot at night. Very cramped by the bed when the sliding door between rooms was closed. The shower design means that the floor is always wet outside the shower.

Having a kitchen was great, glad to have a few coffee pods. The bathroom was roomy.
