I liked everything! John the owner was absolutely wonderful when I needed a last minute booking. The apartment is stunning and very stylish. Very comfortable, great location in a lovely quiet area. I loved all the art work and decor.

The property has everything you need for a great stay, in the perfect location close to the high street with its many shops, bars and restaurants, with the added bonus of a parking space. John is a great host, we had biscuits, chocolates and milk for when we arrived. The apartment is beautifully decorated and so comfortable. We loved it.

Having to leave to come home.

What a treat to stay at this fabulous apartment. Spotlessly clean, comfortable and such eclectic style and decor. Everything you need for a home from home. I loved reading the fan mail from Morty and Crispin, the coffee table books & quirky art. John was a fabulous host and very attentive, ensuring we enjoyed our stay, providing refreshments and a delicious Easter egg, so thoughtful. 2 minutes to Yarm High Street. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Firstly, John was the perfect host, funny, helpful and very welcoming. The apartment is fantastic, literally a home from home. John has thought of everything to make your stay special. The apartment is fabulously quirky, with the most brilliant collection of art work. Yarm is a lovely place, with an impressive selection of shops, restaurants and pubs, the perfect place to spend a weekend with friends. I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be booking again... Cheers John! 🍺

Oh my goodness. A little pearl of perfection in central Yarm. Beautiful, quirky, clean, comfortable. And chocolate - what’s not to love? John, our host, had incredible attention to detail. So many little extras and we really appreciated the effort. Just wonderful.

My second stay there & it was like coming home. All the comforts I needed plus a few thoughtful extras from John. The location is perfect & just a short walk into Yarm High Street. This will always be my first choice of somewhere to stay in the future.

That it isn’t mine

John is a brilliant host, everything is taken care of and communication spot on, so even before you set off from home the experience feels good. But the property itself is just fantastic. Unique art adorns the walls and cabinets throughout the apartment. Sofa and bed are very comfortable. Bathrooms are luxurious. 5/5

Nothing it was all lovely.

Very central location. Great view of the viaduct which is historic to Yarm. The Apartment had everything needed and the quirky Artwork and style made the stay memorable. The owner John was really friendly to communicate with and was, so helpful. Lovely little additions like wine, and chocolates made us feel welcome. We loved Yarm. Lovers walk. The Teesdale, way walk and so near the Alexandra Theatre. Went to Saltburn on the train. The number 7 outside the Town Hall goes straight to Yarm. Rail Station. Ate at Borellis for breakfast. Lebeneat. Cena and the Keys. All were great. La luna great music. The Bluebell lovely riverside views. The Pot and Glass brilliant live music going on yesterday. Will be back here did not want to leave.
