Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomA great hotel for people who don't seek publicity but value quality. They certainly offer excellent services, but I didn't use them. I judge it based on the quality of check-in. If you want to come to Belfast and remain anonymous, this is the hotel for you. Three separate entrances and a large parking lot allow you to slip by without being noticed. You can relax and take care of your business away from the attention of others.

IrelandIt was far too hot in the room. We had no air condition and only had access to a fan. We were lucky that we were out and about. The room was on the top floor 351.
The assistant manager Garimal was exceptional, she went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Eamonn the Manager kindly organised a round of golf at a budget rate, Thank you we had a great day playing bad golf! The food in the bar was excellent.

United KingdomI always score a 9 as something can always be improved. A free drink (as I had only spent my time at the hotel sleeping) would have been even better.
I arrived after 11pm and the receptionist went out of his way to both book me in and then he served me at the bar. A much needed drink due to a long day and a stressful visit due to family serious illness. I wish more members of staff made me feel as welcome as that young gentleman. First class.

IrelandWe didn't have a car. We are in our 70s. The walk to the main entrance is very long and hilly. No signpost on main road to show entrance of hotel especially if you on public transport. Need to open an entrance into the hotel somewhere near the main entrance..
Beds really comfortable with beautiful pillows .Breakfast very good..Staff very friendly. Rooms really quiet.

United KingdomRoom lacked Air Con. It was a warm and humid evening, so room temperature could have been a little cooler.
Staff were fantastic and although I only had a short visit (late check-in / V.early check-out) made sure everything I needed was not a hassle or inconvenience. Kindly pre-booked me a Taxi to Airport for early departure. I ordered Room Service, and this was delivered in under 30 Mins to a time I gad intimated. Excellent Guinness on Draught too.
