Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Tv remote was missing from living room and couldn’t find hot tub instructions or rules that were referred to in check in message.

There was very minimal id change as everything was so nice, however the beds were uncomfortable and could do with even just a mattress topper just for a bit of added comfort! The other thing was that to exit the hot tub we had to walk round the front of the house, the wee patio in the back bedroom would be perfect for a staircase to exit the hot tub. Apart from these very small things it was absolutely perfect!
The location was fabulous, quiet and secluded, perfect just to switch off from the rest of the world. The host was extremely helpful when we were having issues with the shower being too hot (which was due to us not turning the dial hard enough lol). He made it clear that i could contact him with any questions we had. The property was extremely clean and kitted out for cooking/games/televisions. My family consists of 8 people and were surprised there was a table big enough to fit everyone round it without being a squeeze! Just fabulous all round. We all had an amazing time.

Relaxing werkend with friends celebrating a birthday. Recently decorated with new kitchen and very comfortable, clean beds. The hot tub was a big hit with everyone. Would definitely return.

Would of liked to go fishing but lake was overgrown with weed, also the deck could do with painting didn't bother us but that's the first thing you see when you arrive and it looks tatty.
Location is perfect for where we are working, there is a local town only a 5 minute drive away where we could get all of our essentials.

Only 1 toilet however it wasn’t a problem as we were a close group of friends
Hot tub was set up for arrival. Plenty of towels. Box of chocolates was a lovely surprise

Nothing....we didnt get the chamce to check out the entertainment or the surrounding area as spent all of our time as a family in the cabin/hottub.
Excelllent value for money. Cabin was lovely and the hot tub was perfect. Great having a full size fridge freezer to store all of our food amd drink. Lots of cute wee rabbits running about outside which was lovely to watch at night. Got a great sleep too with blackout curtains to stop light getting in really helped in height of summer.

The restaurant wasn't serving food while we were there.
The location had beautiful scenery. Mountain views and the cabin felt private with surrounding greenery. There was a pub/restaurant on site, with children's playground.

Nothing it was great
The cabin was well equipped and clean, comfortable beds. Tge hot tub was great and secluded with a hedge for modesty. I had my elderly grandmother with me and she was able to get around with ease. The only thing maybe a safety bar in the shower.

Unfortunately hottub was broke from minute we arrived and remained out of service for our whole visit. Staff were helpful as much as they could and refunded us a little bit due to the inconvenience.
Was lovely weekend, and nice cabin.
