The caravan was stunning, very clean, and comfortable. So pleased with our stay.

The location and where the van is situated is beautiful, the decor, comfy beds.

Last year we came to this property so I booked it again as we loved it so much, but last year it was immaculate, this year was a let down as it hadn't been cleaned before our arrival properly if at all. We did request an early check in, but on arrival the toilet in the large bedroom was dirty so my sister had to clean it, and there are alot of stains on the carpets and dining chairs, none of this last year! The carpet felt grubby under foot, plus there was not enough plates for dining for 6 people, only 5 so we had to borrow one from the clubhouse for father's day roast dinner. Decking was covered in cobwebs too so my husband had to clean it too, I'm guessing that's a daily thing tho probably granted, but would be nice also if there was more seating outside to sit comfortably or a large outside table to have dinner out there, as both years we have to bring chairs. The windows were also dirty and my nieces white socks were black on the bottom after an hour of being in the van! On the whole a beautiful van and decor just a shame it was let down by the people that are supposed to maintain standards

Couldn’t get the fire to work properly, but wasn’t a real problem as heating was on when we arrived and we didn’t turn it off so it was nice and toasty.

Great location, caravan beautiful so comfortable, view out of this world.

Only a few slight things, my mum's disabled wish there had been a ramp instead of stairs, she struggled a little, and the oven has a slight gap where heat escapes so it took a while to cook some things other than that,it was perfect, beds really comfy too.

The caravan was beautifully clean and so well equipped with everything you would need from a home to home stay. The location was stunning right on the seafront.

I would have given the caravan 5 stars but I gave it 4 due to the fact that linens weren't provided. We did know upfront that linens weren't provided but for the price I would have liked to have arrived on my break away and not have to have to make up beds or worry about packing towels and bath mats. You go away for a break not to have to do those things so for this reason I will not be going back to this particular caravan.

Beautiful location! We were lucky to have good weather too so could enjoy being outside. The property was immaculate and very homely

If I had to pick, the curtains could be darker as the rooms were quite light once the sun came up

Very disappointed with the mattress and mattress cover it was very stained Mattress it self was quite low had a job getting up

Clean tidy and very comfortable kids loved it perfect for dog walking right outside your door massive green fir dog to have a run. 5 mins from sky essential shops etc perfect loved our stay. Had a quick power cut due to using too many appliances as informed by the helpful lady on the phone answered straight away and very helpful. Perfect stay loved it!!! Was very clean on arrival so that’s exactly how we left it on departure, will defo be back we visiting family in Lowestoft so for us it was PERFECT!
