I like the apartment. Very cosy and fit for purpose. Lovely decorations and furnishing. Very easy to find and a quiet location. Good customer care and support from the host. My daughters loved their stay and look forward to staying again when next in the city.

Very clean comfortable flat, really good value for money. There's a little balcony which is great on a sunny day. Excellent parking and was well placed to get where we needed to go.

Very poorly maintained premises oven was stinking due to filthy mess left by previous tenants ,must have been used by students who were on break now and left many items like food toiletries and mess,air conditioning is not a fan in a room,beds were of caveman era lighting was poor ,enough said.

The landlord responded promptly, with a waiting list available in advance and detailed instructions on room access. Convenient and secure parking. Satisfactory stay experience. Will book again.

There was no dishwashing cloth, just an old sponge and paper.

Lovely little 2 bed flat. Would recommend. The balcony was an added pleasure as it was a warm night. Parking is easy. Residential area.

Is there an extractor fan in the bathroom? We couldn’t see one. The bathroom door needs sanding down so it shuts more easily. The front door lock is a bit tricky.

It was just like I saw from the images.

There were big screen TV's in all the rooms. Not much else to complement.

Beware of the host at this property! He doesn't like critism and if you don't give him 10/10 he will leave a response to your review that is full of lies (see below). The flat was in relatively good condition but was not 5-star as promised. Repairs had obviously been made hastily and in places with just duct-tape! My bed was dreadfully uncomfortable - the mattress was thin, lumpy and you could feel all the springs - and I barely got any sleep. Various cupboards in the flat were full of bags of things which I assume were the host's personal property (I didn't look). There were very few towels - I only had 1 small one in my room which was meant for 2 people - and very little cutlery in the kitchen. When we arrived we were told by the host that the kettle wasn't working - to his credit he delivered another one the next day but it was straight out of the box and unseasoned. I attempted to do the prep on it (i.e. boil water, throw away, repeat) but it still made tea taste awful so it was unusuable. In response to the alligations in the host's reply below: we definitely didn't leave alcohol bottles around because neither my son nor I drink and we were the only people there; no "strong smelly objects" were left around and I can only assume he can't describe them because there were non-existant (the nearest to a "smelly thing" was a prawn container which I put in the bin); as for leaving it in a huge mess, I tidied the flat before I left - the only thing I didn't have time to do was the washing up which he said was OK - plus, I would hope his cleaner would take at least 2 hours to clean the flat (if he thinks this is a long time that doesn't say much for the cleanliness of the place); lastly I did not hassle him about a late check-out - I asked once when I booked and he said it would depend on the next guests which I took to mean I should ask again just before our stay, which I did.

Nice and cosy. Value for money paid, host was nice as well.
