Communication regarding the Internet and TV that wasn't working could have been better handled by the host.

Everything was great except for the Internet and TV that never worked. If you dont need WiFi or TV, I highly recommend this apartment. I had a comfortable stay. The room was spotlessly clean, well equipped, and stylish.

Unfortunately there was a lack of internet for over a week. The owners were told but over a week later still no internet, and unfortunately no TV as it relies on streaming. I hope it’s fixed by the next time I stay there.

I’ve stayed at the property quite a few times now, and as per usual, the place is excellent. It’s clean, there’s fresh bedding and towels, and even a couple of bottles of water in the fridge. It’s an excellent place to stay while working away from home.

For some reason on the Wednesday and Thursday there was no internet. That meant limited scrolling on my phone and more importantly no TV, as that relies on internet streaming. It’s a good job I didn’t need the wi-fi for work. Did inform the owners and they replied saying somebody would look into it. I’m back here for work on the following week, it’s Monday but still no internet.

Having stayed here for quite a few weeks now, mostly in the same suite up in the attic, it’s always a very comfortable and quiet place to stay. With hardly any problems. There’s a kitchen downstairs but there’s a mini kitchen in the suite, a modern clean en-suite with shower. It’s roomy and modern. Even in the summer heat up in the attic it can quickly be cooled down to a comfortable temperature by opening the windows and velux.

I’ve stayed here multiple times while working away from home. It’s always very quiet and very comfortable. There’s everything you need. Coffee, tea, a kettle, hair dryer, iron and fridge. There’s a proper kitchen downstairs that I’ve never used.

As always, the room was very clean and very tidy. Fresh bedding and towels are always supplied along with some tea and coffee to go with the kettle. And a couple of bottles of water in the fridge.

This room could possibly do with a small bedside table. Unlike the other rooms there were no spare pillows.

This was my fifth working week staying in the house. This time I was up in the attic suite. Exactly like the ones on the 1st floor but with a pretty plush carpet. This seemed slightly roomier, and with everything you need to stay comfortably for a few days.

My third working week, this time in another room. Just as great as the first room, it’s basically exactly the same, there is everything you need. It’s very clean, tidy and modern. The bathroom is decent, with a hot shower. The bed is comfy with extra pillows if needed. Excellent!

A decent sized modern room and en-suite. It was very clean with everything you would need for a short stay. There was space for 3 cars, the house was really easy to find.

I was starting to panic when I had not received the key box code before I left home, and less than 12 hours before arrival. (Which is what the website stated). Especially as I had sent 2 emails about needing the code as soon as possable, (I do not have a smart phone to access emails) and had not had any acknowledgement of my communications. Some of the crockery was not as clean as it could have been. The bed linen although perfectly clean felt synthetic - I am a 100% cotton person.

I liked the location - perfect for visiting friends in the village, and quieter than I thought it might be. I liked the thought of being able to sit outside in a secure garden area, and the shared large kitchen, which I didn't use but may well do so on another occasion. I found more crockery, cutlery etc in the bedroom kitchen area than I expected, and having my own full size (under the counter) fridge and kettle was great. Shower also good :-)

The bed was uncomfortable and had body pains every throughout my stay.

I enjoyed my privacy and the peace. The place was well put together.

The only downside for our stay was we was working nights and sleeping during the day room 6 could do with a blind on the sky light .

Perfect clean fresh and tidy lots of thought has gone into giving the guests a good experience

Love the location as it is near friends and family. For those without friends and family in the area, it is in a village with very good access to the nearby historic city of St Albans. A 15 minute bus journey from the end of the Road will get you there. The shared kitchen is great as is having clothes washing facilities. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a smart TV, and lovely waterfall shower. This has been my third visit and I look forward to my fourth.

This fantastic place is perfect for me and my partner to visit our respective families who both live close to the location. It is clean with some great mod cons, smart TV iron, fridge, own sink to wash up, large wardrobe, desk with chair, shared kitchen and laundry facilities, decent sized bathroom with waterfall shower. Everything is so easy. Nat was so helpful to us facilitating an earlier arrival. Fabulous, thank you

It is not viewed at all on the ground floor you cannot even look outside, so it is ok for 1/2 nights. Despite other tenants being enough respectable and considering others, it was possible to hear everything easily from the room and the children from a neighbourhood as well. As a studio described with the kitchenette, I was expecting to find a microwave but there was only a fridge, kettle, and sink I would raccomended it anyway because it is really a nice place close to London. I will use it again if I have to come in that area

Comfy bed and quiet location, close to a nice park ideally for someone early bird like me that enjoy a morning walk and evening walk as well!. Nice bathroom and big mirror on the wardrobe, the room was a good size. The interaction with a landlord was easy and detailed.
