Perfect, couldn't fault it.

Loved our stay and wish it had been longer. Facilities were excellent, everything was provided, and the apartment was spotlessly clean. The location was peaceful and relaxing, and Elaine and Pat were friendly and advised on places to eat and visit. Have recommended to family and friends, we will definitely be back.

Though not expecting it, I was delighted to find some delicious pancakes and fresh milk in the room….. perfect for breakfast! I also requested early room access to be able to change and freshen up following a long journey to attend a funeral. Thank you so much Elaine, your help and courtesy was very much appreciated 🙏

WASNT PREPARED FOR THE STAIRS TO THE BEDROOM BUT COPED FOR OUR TWO NIGHT STAY.

THIS VISIT WAS FOR A BIRTHDAY. IT ALSO WAS A NOSTALGIC REVISIT OF CHILDHOOD MEMORIES AS THIS BUILDING WAS MY PRIMARY SCHOOL OVER 50 YEARS AGO. VERY SLICK REFURB OF THE OLDER PART OF THE SCHOOL. ABOUT A 20 MIN WALK / 3 MIN DRIVE FROM PORTAFERRY TOWN. LOTS GOING ON AT WEEKEND BUT MONDAYS AND TUESDAYS CAN BE VERY QUITE WITH MOST SIT IN RESTAURANTS CLOSED. VERY CLEAN MODERN LINES IN EACH APARTMENT. LIVING AREA KITCHEN MODERN AND ACCESSIBLE. VERY WELL REFURBISHED BATHROOM. ABOUT 15 STAIRS TO MEZZANINE BEDROOM WHICH WE HADNT PREPARED FOR BUT MANAGED FOR OUR 2 NIGHT STAY. VERY PEACEFUL ON THE EDGE OF THE TOWN.

Absolutely love the School house, our 3rd time staying there. Quiet and relaxing with all the essentials required. Host communicates to give information and upgraded our stay to a suite. An amazing place to stay. 😀

The studio we got was fresh and clean The facilities were all excellent and everything worked !! It was handy to portaferry. And a great location to explore the other villages and the ards peninsula. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return again

We had such a wonderful stay! The place was a perfect little getaway, modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. Everything felt fresh and welcoming, making it so easy to relax. Pat our host, was incredibly accommodating and hospitable, going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. We can't wait to come back for another visit. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and stylish escape! Also the morning pancakes were fab!

What a fantastic place to get away and chill out for the weekend. My husband and I had a lovely time. The studio is fabulous, very modern, and has everything you need. The hosts are very welcoming. The pancakes were a lovely treat for breakfast. We will definitely be back 😍

The mobile cooker works very well, but the lack of a grill might be worth highlighting in advance. The car park could be cheered up with a few plants and some weeding; just because eating outside at the table is lovely if the weather is good, but the view detracts from that a bit.

In a great location, it was clean tidy and a well finished studio with plenty of amenities and the personal touch of pancakes and milk being left in the room. There has obviously been so much time and effort spent on renovations for the old school house it is remarkable.
