Everything about this apartment is wonderful. From the moment you walk through the door, it feels like home. Everything you need is here. The decor and furnishings are of a high standard.The log burner was a nice touch. But the creme de la creme is the view of the loch! The location is quiet. However, everything you need is close by. Lovely little country store next door stocked with everything you need and more. They even serve tea and coffee. Kilcreggan is only 1 mile away, which has a nice, friendly local pub that serves food. Also, a fully stocked butcher's next door. Mark and Sue are antastic hosts who can't do enough for you. The little treats they left for us were very kind. Loved our stay here ❤️

Booking.com need to make it clearer that the apartment is actually 17 miles away from Helensburgh. The location is worth the extra drive but guests need to be aware that they can't walk into Helensburgh BEFORE they arrive.

Lovely little apartment with beautiful views overlooking the loch. Clean, comfortable and well-equipped with thoughtful food supplies (and wine) provided for our arrival which we appreciated! Mark had even lit the log burner for when we got there. Highly recommended!

I couldn’t find anything I didn’t like about our stay here. It’s a really cosy apartment in a quiet area, with amazing views of the loch, we even saw dolphins in the loch one evening. We were sad at having to leave which is always a sign of a great trip.

We can give a rare full stars rating in all categories for our 4-day-stay at this wonderful place and Mark as a host. We really enjoyed everything - from the cosy and stylish rooms, comfy bedding, fully equipped kitchen, lots of snacks, the loch view from the window or the shore, to the cafè nearby. Mark gave us a warm welcome and he, is very helpful with tips. Also he was always quick to answer any questions - right from the beginning. - Thanks so much for giving us a wonderful vacation time here!

Clean and comfortable apartment. Home from home. Views were amazing. Mark kept in touch with us, giving us updates. There was a folder with all local information, which was very helpful. Great base for tourists to explore.

A very cosy flat in a absolutely beautiful location. We enjoyed some great local walks with views over the loch as well as using it as a base from which we could travel up to Fort William Highland railway - stunning! The flat is stylish, well set up, clean and cosy. Couldn't have asked for more as a base to explore the area.

what’s not to like!! this place is simply perfect, setting is relaxing, area is quiet and quaint, accommodation was clean, bed was comfortable, fluffy towels and tons of wee extras to help make our stay just perfect. Hosts went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed.

The shower pressure was a bit low.

All the home comforts with plenty of extras . Loads of information from the owner and photos so you knew exactly how to access the property. The logburner was great.

That we could only stay 3 nights.

Our host ensured there was a welcoming wood fire awaiting our arrival along with a wide range of supplies to ensure our stay was memorable for the very best reasons. The apartment was well appointed, well equipped and has truly stunning views. We genuinely felt as if we were in a home from home and our host was excellent. Cove is a beautiful part of the Rosneath peninsula and the Superb Lochside Apartment is the perfect base from which to explore it.

Absolutely marvellous experience. Comfortable, stunning views and loads of really thoughtful touches - like snacks, porridge and soup to use, not to mention a bottle of wine on arrival.

I would prefer a smaller settee and not so low and squishy. Very difficult to rise from. This could give floor space for table for meals and upright chairs. Bed also is very low and soft making getting up difficult. This may not a problem for younger and more mobile guests but it was for me. The huge settee also prevented access to the window and restricted views up and down the Loch. On arrival the state of the bottom door and the stairs did not give a good impression. however the interior of the flat was fine. Bedside lamps very stylish perhaps, but useless for reading in bed. more heat than light, same for overhead light cluster.
