Really nice stay at Netherleigh. The studio had everything we needed for a long weekend break. It's quiet, peaceful and close enough to Lime Regis to be there in 10mins.

Cannot think of anything to disapprove of

The studio had a small garden and terrace with gate, which made it safe and secure for our cocker spaniel. The host John met us and was very helpful with walks, local pub, telephone numbers for local takeaways. The studio itself had private parking and was clean with a very comfortable bed. John left us with milk and biscuits, plus everything we could need to make our stay easy and enjoyable. The studio is close to Lyme Regis, and we discovered Black Dog Tea rooms and Branscombe beach which was lovely. Beer is not far away and is very nice, we had a beer there and fish and chips one evening. We also visited both Sidmouth Clock Tower and Otterton Mill for lunch. It's a lovely part of the world.

A jet pack to get to the beach would be nice, or private helicopter, i'd be happy with either of those!! Honestly, for my family and I, this was everything we needed.

Very comfortable and homely feel to this studio flat. Loads of little extras; DVD's, Tea, Coffee, Fresh Milk, Floss Stick and Cotton Buds etc. We will definitely be checking the availability of this place when we come next.

Had the most fantastic stay at the studio, John was an incredible host with updates etc on the booking and checked into see how everything was. The studio is homely, well designed and comfortable with a welcoming atmosphere. The bed is one of the most comfortable i’ve ever slept in. Will definitely be back.

I've never stayed anywhere more perfect for a driving dog owner, parking was perfect dogs could toilet easily. There was lots of extras too toys for the dogs and milk and biscuits and chocolates. It was absolutely wonderful

Enjoyed everything from the minute we arrived. We were provided with everything we could want Inc bath robes. The studio is pet friendly and a dog bed , bowls and a treat bag were there on arrival. The studio was immaculate and comfortable , had a lovely cottage feel to it. We would def recommend. We had a continental breakfast which was lovely and included juice, pastries, yogurts, cereals, jams, biscuits, milk and slices of bread for toasting. Everything was thought of to make your stay wonderful. We had a fantastic time .

The space was fantastic, has everything you need for a cosy stay. We particularly liked the vast collection of dvds for a chilled film night.. Very comfortable bed and convenient parking .John and Sue were wonderful hosts , excellent communication and very accommodating. Location was excellent for us ,quick drive to all our favourite spots along the coast . Looking forward to staying here again! Thank you for having us.

Lots of extras, i.e. tea coffee milk, biscuit's where a nice touch as were was the dog treat bag. Great location, very quite, did not see the owners but were in contact with them on WhatsApp if we had any questions.

We found the property very cosy, welcoming and very doggy friendly. Everything has been thought of for a comfy stay including doggy bin in the garden area, bowels for them to drink etc. We were also given tips on local places to view and eat by the hosts which we really appreciated. We had a really enjoyable stay. Thank you very much 😀

Very friendly hosts. Comfortable studio. Plenty of extras including, fan, iron, hairdryer, coffee maker. Nice having milk and biscuits included as well as tea, coffee and sugar.

If you ask what I didn't like, well, it said dog friendly, and I didn't like that I didn't have a dog.

Everything good. They arranged to leave the outhouse open for when I arrived, the keys were there, no problem. Beautiful view just down the road, across miles of hills, I walked near there, it was a great place.

Two possible improvements: 1 A light in the kitchen area to make cooking in the evening brighter. 2 A thick curtain that can be drawn across to provide a partition between the living room and main bedroom area.

Peaceful, rural location and ideal for a lovely walk to Lyme Regis and buses back. Also convenient for driving to Seaton and Beer. Cosy, warm studio with nice decor, good size ensuite bathroom and lovely patchwork covers. Thank you to John for encouraging us to stay another night and for keeping in touch via WhatsApp in a caring, friendly way.
