The pub is set in a wonderful location surrounded by beautiful countryside. Our room was located in a separate cottage across the road from the main building with our own garden to sit in which was in full sun the afternoon we arrived. A beautiful cooked breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

The bed was just OK you kinda go toward the middle

We absolutely love the location. It is so beautiful and tucked away enough to feel the countryside but close to everything as well.

Room was on ground floor of old stable block with a room above & noisy creaking floor was a bit annoying at times during the night. Room was ok for the price (paid £160 b+b non refundable deal) but was basic & had cracked sink basin, uneven loose, cracked tile floor in bathroom, blinds on door that did not block morning sunlight much so room was v bright early morning which made it difficult to sleep... also water temp in shower would not go lower than fully hot & appears the thermostatic valve not working...none of the above terrible faults, but together mean wouldn't stay again in that room!

Lovely old pub with lots of character, good service from the staff, very nice food in the restaurant & an excellent breakfast, beautiful & quiet location... Would definitely stay again.

Being on the ground floor felt a little bit exposed, but we got over the feeling rather quickly.

Beautiful surroundings, as are the buildings and gardens, with fantastic, attentive, and charming staff and great food and drink. Our room was a perfect size and comfortable, with a simple yet functional bathroom.

We stayed here overnight as we were visiting the Farmers Dog which is not too far from here. Our stable room was nice and cosy and had everything we needed for the night. The freshly cooked breakfast in the morning was also lovely!

Cosy, clean, view of chickens from the window, very comfortable bed and lovely down pillows. Easy check-in, friendly staff ,any great breakfast. Swinbrook is in a perfect location and the Swan is a beautiful traditional Cotswold hotel .Parking outside the door was very convenient. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful walks.

From arrival to when we left, our party was looked after by the exceptional staff. The rooms were excellent, clean & roomy (perhaps consider a fan in the room as one night was warm). But the service, drink and food very much lived upto expectations. Places like the Swan Inn are what make the UK great.

Whenever the people in the room above walked around or went to the loo it was very loud. We were woken every morning by either loud plumbing or feet stomping

The views are amazing. We were very well looked after by the staff and the food was great.

Room was in "the stables" and not the actual inn - space a little small and sparse for the amount paid. Was expecting a little more as in the television being in a position you could watch from the bed. Had to request more tea/milk/sugar.
