We are return customers and the cottage could do with some fresh decoration and new couches in the lounge.The shower was leaking.

The property was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Very much a home away from home. House rules were clearly explained and simple and the check-in process and access to property was seamless. The location is exceptional as it is surrounded by a stunning coastline with many easily accessible beaches within walking distance and the town is very family friendly with a number of playgrounds dotted around, which my young children loved. Locals are so friendly and welcoming. The hot tub at the property was lovely - an excellent bonus and definitely the highlight of our stay.

Only one pub in short walking distance that wasn't brilliant but plenty a bit further a field. No games or anything if a rainy day not even a pack of cards but we were lucky with only rain one morning.

Great location just a short walk to the beach. Lovely secure garden for our dog and great to have parking space. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of storage for clothes. Hot tub was a bonus but only used once as were out a lot. Plenty to do around the area but quite a trek into town center so only walked it once.

Sofa was a bit uncomfortable and low. Hot tub could probably do with updating.

Loved how it was so close to the beach and local amenities. Quiet location as set back off the road. Neighbours were lovely too. Loved how they came to check the hot tub chemicals every other day.

Sofa was sticky not dirty from cleaning products. TV was limited Netflix went off so could use but not a big deal really

The location was fantastic, close to the beach and loads of local facilities. Set back from the main road it was so quiet. While other residences were "around" the property it was lovely and private, clean, well kept and comfortable. Absolutely ideal.

As its dog friendly & dog hairs "float " I found some in the cutlery drawer & also in a cup & on plates in the cupboard. Also the neighbours are having work done & no one thought to inform us we shouldn't leave our car parked on the drive. On the morning of leaving work commenced & the car was filthy.

Shower dripped all the time. Toilet was tricky to flush. No kitchen bin that we could see.

Excellent welcome package can't fault anything a convenience less than a minute walk with takeaways and a chippy, Rhyl.10 minute drive and Prestatyn high street 5 minutes away hosts were amazing, great hot tub and easy to use. Very clean, and a parking space which was very useful.

The hot tub is a little old now, the jets not that powerful but still a great addition to the property.

Felt like home immediately! Lovely back garden great for the dog and the hot tub is a great touch. Bed was very comfy with lovely soft bedding. Every little detail has been thought about from beach towels to bikes. Loved it!

Shower can be a little slippery, use the mat.

Comfortable beds, hot tub, everything that we needed is provided. Good check out time, not too early. Location is great, just a short walk to the beach, good takeaways and close to a supermarket.
