Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesNo shuttle service. There were families in public areas (outside restaurant in the lobby areas) where their children were loud and running all over the hallways. It would have been nice if the lobby staff could have tried to minimize the noise levels. The hotel has a beautiful center atrium that was closed off during our stay.
It was clean and close to airport but it would be nice if they had a shuttle to the terminal.

United KingdomI needed a couple of items for my flight (extra locks). The shop which used to be in the Sheraton Skyline , now not, was very good for a few last minute essentials.
I was not there long enough to have breakfast as I had an early flight to catch. My room was great; good shower and soft clean towels. It was really useful having Starbucks in the hotel and a bar/ restaurant where a member of my family could share dinner with me the night before I flew out. The restaurant staff were very polite, friendly and accommodating regarding my GF requirements.

United StatesThe room itself could have used some TLC. There were water marks in the ceiling, some of the walls were dirty/peeling off. But not so major that you didn't feel comfortable. I think the only real con is that they dont offer any sort of shuttle service for free to the ariport. You have to book a taxi or an uber.
Great location, you're right in front of the Heathrow Airport. There's even a McDonalds down the block incase you didn't opt for breakfast at the hotel. They also have a bar and a restaurant inside of the hotel. Great lobby atmosphere. Room was spacious for 3 adults. Bathroom was nice and clean. Offered in room kettle for tea/coffee + a complimentary water bottle.
