Difficult to find in dark. Name.of Lodge at top of stairs would be great. A wee sign or instruction like first group of houses on left as you enter village would have been great.

Couldn't really fault anything

Fantastic property and just a short walk into Kenmore. Great bar restaurant called the ferrymans on the southside of the loch about 0.9miles. Property was very well equipped and spotless. Will be lovely sitting outside using the bbq facilities when the weather improves!

Spacious main living area with great view and log-burning stove. Large bedrooms. Parking easy.

The double bed en-suite mattress was soft and springs pinged when we turned over. The kickboard underneath the dishwasher isn’t fitted well and so when the dishwasher is on, the vibration made it fall off and slap the floor!

No teabags, bin bags or milk were there on arrival as advertised. Slightly dusty in areas. There could have been a bit more attention to detail but nothing insurmountable

Spacious property that had everything required for a holiday. Everything was working and clean.

Property is great. the location is brilliant for a stay at Loch Tay, while the garden provides a great space for enjoying the views of having a BBQ

No wood for the chimney. It would have been nice to at least have a couple of logs available on arrival with kindling so we could heat up the house. Mattresses could do with being updated

At the time of booking the request for an extra bed in order to sleep 7 people was accepted. On arrival no such bed had been provided. Many attempts were made to contact then property to sort this however there was no response. One of our party therefore had to sleep without bedding on a hard leather sofa. The cleanliness of the apartment was also not great

his lodge has a serious problem with access especially for those who are frail. Without any prior indication in the booking application it was found that access is by 14 steps (quite deep steps) with a hand rail on only one side and this is broken at one point. Somewhat more of a problem is the access to and from the bedrooms (all downstairs) which is by two flights of 6 steps all significantly deeper than more normal domestic steps. There is a handrail on only one side. These steps are difficult to ascend and particularly to descend and might only reasonably be attempted with assistance from another person. A person carrying a baby or very young child would have considerable difficulties If I had been aware of these issues I would not have booked this accommodation.

Lovely location, very close to Loch Tay and a good base for exploring the area. The house had a warm and relaxing feel to it and we enjoyed making use of the outdoor spaces.

Nothing we didn’t like .

The lodge had everything needed and more for a weekend away with friends. It was exceptionally clean and well furnished and comfortable. Location was good for walking into Kenmore and driving into Aberfeldy. Was lovely weather and were sitting out in the garden and cushions provided for outside seating area . Plenty of options as upstairs balcony , outside table and chairs at front and also seating and table and chairs in back garden .

Excellent well maintained property in a favourite location of ours - that's why we took our first time visitors to Kenmore. The owner of the property has given it a warm friendly feel and provided many extras to make the stay easier/pleasant.

Nothing place was exactly what was needed

Everything that is needed was provided. Really well kept and exceeded expectations. Fantastic price in a quiet and convenient location. Place also looks amazing from the second walking in.
