The customer service was very good. Especially one of the workers there called Rajasekar was very friendly and helpful. Also the breakfast was incredibly tasty.

Twin beds pushed together to make a double & was on top floor.

Staff were amazing, the room was nice & clean. Breakfast was full English & really good. A choice of bread for toast, orange & apple juice choice, choice of cereals. Staff were very accommodating & friendly.

The only thing was the mattress was really uncomfortable on the main double bed but the bunk bed mattresses were so lovely and soft so maybe just updating the mattress would be great for the future apart from that lovely

We loved how attentive the hosts were very accommodating had a lovely full English breakfast in the morning which was 10/10 room was clean and tidy everything you would expect from a budget hotel was great

The team were extremely friendly and welcoming, and they were very helpful too. The breakfast was freshly cooked and very nice and there was a good choice of fruit juices at breakfast. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again

We were not told that we could have parked in a secure car park 2 second walk from the property and it was cheaper also I payed £10 per night for parking thinking that it would be assigned parking space but it wasn’t . the space you got you had to struggle in and out the car and breakfast wasn’t that good everything seemed to be deep fried except the toast (obviously)I had read the reviews before booking but wasn’t as good as what they said

It was so dated I thought i was going back in time all the paintings were yellow and the main dinning area had wall paper missing and rather the replace the paper they had just painted over the area that paper was missing

Nothing! The staff went above & beyond as it was a situation out of their control. They found me somewhere else to stay, so that should be commended!

Actually didn't get to stay in this B&B, when I arrived I was told there was an issue with the toilets so no ody could stay there and we were being moved to another place 15 minutes walk away. The owners were very helpful, very kind and kept me up to date with what was going on. They walked with me down to the other B&B but allowed me to leave my car with them at their property which was one less stress to have! The other B&B was also very good (unsure of its name) very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also delicious. A huge thank you to the owners of "The Address" for their kindness. Would recommend, even though I technically didn't get to stay there! What inl saw was lovely!

Nothing to dislike

The staff were wonderful Nee asked if we were OK to go to the sister hotel due to a lady unable to manage the stairs. I was quite happy to do this as the sister hotel was closer to the amenities
