Small room , I couldn't get around the bed easily to get to the bathroom or the wardrobe to get my clothes

had a brilliant time ,nothing was too much,the location was great, the staff was outstanding couldn't do enough for you👏 👌 they even gave us some money back stating they charge us too much for Sunday rates,and also gave us a box lindor chocolate as a gift when we left, there was plenty of choice for breakfast ,they did what ever you wanted, very child friendly, very hard working people, definitely will recommend, the only down fall was the room was too small as I'm a big man, it was hard getting around the bed to get to my cloths and shower ,apart from that we had great time,

Shower was a bit small and cramped for me, but can't complain as the price was so good. Also, the front door was a real issue to gain entry to - the lock required a lot of fiddling!!

The price and the complimemtary continental breakfast. Room was clean and in a good location for the Promenade, etc.

Twin beds pushed together to make a double & was on top floor.

Staff were amazing, the room was nice & clean. Breakfast was full English & really good. A choice of bread for toast, orange & apple juice choice, choice of cereals. Staff were very accommodating & friendly.

The only thing was the mattress was really uncomfortable on the main double bed but the bunk bed mattresses were so lovely and soft so maybe just updating the mattress would be great for the future apart from that lovely

We loved how attentive the hosts were very accommodating had a lovely full English breakfast in the morning which was 10/10 room was clean and tidy everything you would expect from a budget hotel was great

The team were extremely friendly and welcoming, and they were very helpful too. The breakfast was freshly cooked and very nice and there was a good choice of fruit juices at breakfast. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again

We were not told that we could have parked in a secure car park 2 second walk from the property and it was cheaper also I payed £10 per night for parking thinking that it would be assigned parking space but it wasn’t . the space you got you had to struggle in and out the car and breakfast wasn’t that good everything seemed to be deep fried except the toast (obviously)I had read the reviews before booking but wasn’t as good as what they said

It was so dated I thought i was going back in time all the paintings were yellow and the main dinning area had wall paper missing and rather the replace the paper they had just painted over the area that paper was missing
