Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe only disappointment we faced was not having a washing machine that had initially been advertised. The staff did however organise to do a load of washing for us; for which we are grateful.
Angel 1 apartment was well located, right in the centre of Dartmouth, and close to all the cafes, restaurants and tourist attractions. It was a lovely, spacious, clean and modern space with two good size bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large lounge / kitchen / dining area that looked out over the harbour. The apartment was appointed with nice furniture, bed linens and towels, and there were some basic kitchen items for cooking.

The view from the apartment wa tremendous and the location was excellent for the town and the river. The apartment was lovely and very spacious.

Not being informed of the broken washing machine was disappointing, as this would have been very useful after 2 days of muddy walks. A mirror near a socket (ideally above the chest of drawers) in the main bedroom would be useful for hair drying etc.
Location was fantastic, parking space a bonus, spacious, clean apartment with amazing views.

Beautiful apartment in an excellent location. Lovely views and very comfortable beds. The photographs on line do not do it justice. We would highly recommend. Excellent communication with rental company.
