Perfect stay with no complaints.

Well presented, large kitchen , separate lounge , downstairs shower and toilet and on-suite upstairs. Use of the lovely patio and garden area . Not one for giving 10/10 but couldn’t find fault with the place and exceptional value for money.

No complaints at all really, the only thing I’d say was possibly the sofa in the living room could be comfier but otherwise everything else perfect!

Beautiful place to stay! Perfect location for us & I loved the layout, it was light & pretty, spacious & cute. Felt very at home & the owners were lovely. Nice, peaceful garden to sit out in in the morning with our coffees, breakfast things included which was a nice touch.

The breakfast was a surprise as we didn’t expect one. A Continental breakfast was supplied which set us up for the day. The weather was excellent and we sat outside in the lovely garden and had our meals, there was even an honesty bar which was very well received after a long journey. The hosts Nick and Karen were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed our stay there and would certainly recommend.

Free tea, coffee bread & cereal for breakfast. Offer of honesty bar. All the equipment you could need for a few days. Very good Duvet. Supermarket very close by. Helpful Host

The weather, but can hardly blame the hosts for that.

Nick and Karen's annexe is a very spacious property with everything you need for a holiday. Free parking is excellent and the complimentary breakfast was a nice thought. The upstairs bedroom was a delight with a lovely comfortable bed. The large garden is also free to use. Nick and Karen were also lovely people. Highly recommended.

The hosts were very welcoming and friendly, they provided all necessary details for the property upon arrival. Additionally, the lovely extra touch of providing breakfast and tea/coffee and even the option to have beverages (for a small fee) was lovely. The garden is wonderful which was great to sit and have a meal. The kitchen utilities were perfect to cook meals at the property. Bedroom and sleeper couch were great as well as the bathrooms.

Nothing that we didn’t like, and it’s more a personal preference, but a larger sofa bed would have been grand, 😂😍 especially as My Mum said the bed upstairs was dream like! I was a little envious of her..! However overall a wonderful stay, thanks so much.

Nothing, it’s a great place

The flat it’s part of a beautiful house with a magnificent garden. Everything is curated: kitchen has everything you need, fridge is stuffed with drinks you can purchase for a very small amount of money. There is a guide inside with all the info you need and the hosts are just lovely: very welcoming and available if need to communicate with them.

Foldout bed in lounge was not very comfortable but double bed upstairs was great. Very warm in the conservatory area where the foldout bed was located.

The location was good as it's in Evesham and we was able to walk to where we wanted to go. I found the accommodation to be bigger than the pictures indicated. There is also a big garden and patio which was great to sit outside and relax in before we went out. The hosts were very welcoming and supplied milk and bread so we could have tea/coffee and toast.

There was heating and no instruction on how to turn it on and found out too late in the evening to contact the owner to sort. The tv had online streaming only, which I don't have access too. But as I didn't need to use it, this was not an issue.

I provided my own breakfast as wasn't sure what would be offered - there was a small selection of cereals. The annexe had good facilities and overall a good spot for an overnight stay.

It could have been cleaner. Some areas were dusty and there were well established cobwebs with attendant spiders. Whilst the TV was a decent size it was an internet only TV so channels were only viewable if a previous guest hadn't deleted their log in details & password or you have already subscribed to the various streaming services and knew the log in details.

Well equiped kitchen,comfortable bed,lovely large garden and off street parking. The location is close to Evesham and makes a great base for exploring the Cotswolds
