Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. What a friendly, welcoming family the people are who run the Black Horse Inn. Dog friendly hotels are a necessity when I am working away, as well as spacious accommodation , a comfortable bed , and flexibility when I don't know in the mornings whether I will be staying again that night. All those points are a 10 out of 10 . I won't be bothering to look anywhere else whenever I am nearby.

United Kingdom- I asked for early check-in so I could do some work for my business but I was unable to do any as the Wi-Fi didn’t reach to the room. I could only get it to work if I stood right by the door/ windowsill with either the door/window open which isn’t viable when working on a laptop. - We had 0 phone signal. Which we understand they cannot do anything about but then the lack of Wi-Fi made us completely cut off which isn’t ideal in case of emergencies. - We weren’t provided with a number in case we had any issues and the rooms are exterior buildings so cut off from the main property. - There are only about 6 car park spaces which were mostly full when we arrived and we came in 2 cars. There wasn’t any on street parking available either. This could have been an issue because of the town being busy for the concert. - The wooden door wasn’t very secure. The lock was loose, and there was a draft. As the bed is right by the door, this wouldn’t be ideal in Winter. I think even adding a latch on the door would make it feel more secure. But if possible, UPVC doors would be so much better. - TV didn’t work as no digital signal. Tried to connect the WiFi but no surprise, that didn’t work. - Outdoor security lighting is a must, but I think black out curtains would be better. - Very close to the pub entrance/exit and smoking area and all rooms are ground floor. Therefore loud during the night - we heard a lady scream which wasn’t pleasant.
Stayed here overnight as a base for attending one of the summer concerts at Warwick Castle. It was a ten minute walk through town to the venue, there was onsite parking and it was good value for money. I was able to get early check-in without an extra fee. Clean except for some cobwebs, towels, soap, tea and coffee provided.
