The Brook Green Hotel, a Young’s pub with rooms is in a great location between Hammersmith and Shepherds Bush. The room had everything I needed; a comfortable bed, tea and coffee making facilities, a digital radio and a well appointed bathroom. The staff were friendly and efficient. I’d thoroughly recommend staying here and will look out for other Young’s establishments in the future.

Costumer service and the room were very nice. The room was extremely comfortable especially during the heat wave. The location was also great and we enjoyed the breakfast.

We found ourselves on the 3rd floor without a lift. We are 75/78 years old. Had I realised that this was the situation, I would have asked for the 1st floor. The staff helped with the luggage. But still, we would go down in the morning and would not go back to our rooms until the evening. The room had character, and it was spotless. It was very small. But there were no wardrobes or cupboards, and for someone flying in from abroad for 9 nights, that really was not comfortable. We couldn't unpack entirely. We personally do not need an extensive minibar. We did need a fridge.

Very Clean, the daily clean was excellent. Breakfasts were excellent. Service was excellent, and all of the staff were really nice and helpful. We would especially like to thank Kate, even though all the staff were really great.

As it’s on the Main Street it can be a little noisy also the doors to the rooms are quite close to each other so you can easily hear people in the corridor outside

Traffic was a bit noisy in the morning but not exceptional

It is a very busy pub, so when walking in it did worry me that the noise would be too much. However we were on the second floor and it was super quiet! Not sure if you were on the first…

The room we had was lovely, with a king-sized bed, but not a lot of room around the bed. Fine for us as we were in London for the cricket, so spent very little time in our room.

The Brook Green pub was beautiful! High ceilings, lots of light and comfy lounges as well as tables. The pub has a large Tesco located behind it and a fantastic laundromat just a few doors down, very handy when you are away for a few weeks. Hammersmith station is a short stroll away.

there is no elevator here so you need to carry you baggage up to your room manually. however, the staffs there do help carry your baggages up to the room!

It was small and narrow but soooo cozy!! You will get good rest at this hotel. It was walking about 5-7 minutes walking distance to hammersmith underground station. there’s also a pub under the hotel and restaurant. westfield shopping mall is also about 15 minutes walking distance.

Hotel in a very good location, a few minutes walk from the metro station. Beautiful building, equally beautiful interior. The restaurant serves delicious breakfasts and very good dishes, the burger was delicious.
