Spacious rooms clean and the bathroom products were amazing

Stairs may be a problem for those with large heavy luggage

The Brook Green Hotel, a Young’s pub with rooms is in a great location between Hammersmith and Shepherds Bush. The room had everything I needed; a comfortable bed, tea and coffee making facilities, a digital radio and a well appointed bathroom. The staff were friendly and efficient. I’d thoroughly recommend staying here and will look out for other Young’s establishments in the future.

Very Clean, the daily clean was excellent. Breakfasts were excellent. Service was excellent, and all of the staff were really nice and helpful. We would especially like to thank Kate, even though all the staff were really great.

We found ourselves on the 3rd floor without a lift. We are 75/78 years old. Had I realised that this was the situation, I would have asked for the 1st floor. The staff helped with the luggage. But still, we would go down in the morning and would not go back to our rooms until the evening. The room had character, and it was spotless. It was very small. But there were no wardrobes or cupboards, and for someone flying in from abroad for 9 nights, that really was not comfortable. We couldn't unpack entirely. We personally do not need an extensive minibar. We did need a fridge.

Room was spacious and very comfortable with an excellent bathroom .Location is great as it’s so close to a variety of shops & restaurants and the train station

As it’s on the Main Street it can be a little noisy also the doors to the rooms are quite close to each other so you can easily hear people in the corridor outside

Good place for visiting Shepherd’s Bush empire

Convenient for Westfield and surrounding areas. Room was nice but no blackout blind made for an early wake up. Bit of confusion around what time breakfast was served until but it all worked out ok in the end.

Fine for us but having no lift to reach the upper floors would be difficult for someone with mobility issues.

Very friendly , comfortable and liked the Bramley products very much . A lot of attention to detail.
