Good clean rooms with attached pub and restaurant. Bus stop right out the front.

Not really ideal if you need to be in the city. I should have researched that better. My mistake.

easy to get to, good parking

Thin mattress was not comfortable. Anytime people walked or talked in the next door room or in the hallway it was like people were walking on the flat roof above me, very loud. The nearby trains every half hour were loud, and there is no ventilation so you had to crack open a window.

The staff were great. Food was good. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner. Everything was fine for what we paid and we would stay and eat here again. Very friendly bar area and a good outside space for when you get decent weather.

The staff was marvelous. Loved there was a pub and restaurant at the hotel short walk to pharmacy, grocery store, other pubs

The distance from city center when you don't have a car. There is a bus, the cab fare varied from 12 ponds to 21 pounds depending on what kind of cab. Black cabs are expensive

Lovely hotel, comfortable bed, quiet area, friendly staff. The train station is just down the road and takes 15-20mins to get into Glasgow City centre. Trains go every ½hr. There's a big Tesco and lots of little independent shops close by too.

My only negative about the hotel is it's very hot!!! Radiators were on for the whole visit and unable to turn off.

Location near Glasgow city centre. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Was a funny smell in the corridor to rooms and floors were a little uneven.

Food was nice and we were let into our room a few hours early.

Room was below basic, curtain falling off the wall and lock was broke in the bathroom. We also requested a late checkout the next morning from 11am - 12pm. It was approved and noted on computer. The next morning cleaners banged down the door at 11:10 demanding we leave the room. No communication between the previous receptionist and new one for the next day. Very rude!
