The room ( a double and a single ) was spacious . The beds were comfy . The room was clean . The host was lovely and chatty and bubbly. Our room was 1st floor ,so nice and easy . It was quiet ,no noise from neighbouring rooms or upstairs. The lounge was comfortable to sit in.

Not about the property but first time been told a £20 charge would be added from checking in after 8pm. Never experienced this anywhere in the 8 years we come to Blackpool. But this doesn’t impact on the property as still highly recommend.

We come to Blackpool every year for dance championships. First time staying in this hotel. It smelled amazing, room was clean and tidy. Loved that there was a fan in the room as during summer months the rooms in these places tend to be like a sauna. I’ve stayed in many over the years and this is up there with one of the cleanest. Easy access to food places, transport, beach, shops. Check in and out was easy. It was central to winter gardens and shopping area nearby and beach. It was very affordable.

Rooms where clean and tidy cant remember the ladies name but the manager was very welcoming and lovely lady great with my children was very good room for the money we paid would stay again.

The only thing, low shower pressure

Very well located, drink dispenser in the reception very useful. We had a spacious room and bathroom, good bedding, clean bath towels. Good english breakfast. Wifi efficient. Excellent communication with Sharon and Doug. Highly recommended.

The parking situation was a bit difficult, which made arrival and departure slightly less convenient.

The hotel was in a great location, just a short walk from the beach, which was perfect for our family trip. The owner was lovely, and we really enjoyed being able to get to the seafront so easily. The weather was nice too. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, making it a relaxing place to unwind after exploring Blackpool.

There is nothing a could fault this hotel on.

The hotel is immaculate , we couldn’t have asked for better. Our room was so nice with comfy beds and pillows. Also cushions on the beds and a tower fan in the room made all the difference. We felt really welcome , Sharon and staff were lovely. Would highly recommend and will definitely be looking to stay in the Carlton when we next go to Blackpool

Room was a bit small. Wasn’t big enough for the double bed and single that were in it. Not enough space to hang clothes if staying more than a couple of days. More hangers needed. Bathroom quite small. Shower was very small and struggled to turn round in. Not suitable for anyone who isn’t thin. Room wasn’t cleaned while we were there. Had to ask for extra tea. Bell at reception is needed.
