Great location, good price...nice and clean..big fluffy towels

No toilet paper... luckily we managed to get a roll from our friend in another room...

Clean, fresh, presentable room, value for money. Staff was helpful. Excellent location, and we would definitely stay here again. Went to see a show at the Winter Gardens, which was 3 min walk away.

We stayed for a short break, excellent location, Owners very pleasant, very clean and nice decorated., even an on site mini shop. Unfortunately my fault I forgot to order breakfast, next time eh., but plenty of tea,coffee, which is my pet hate , but not here. Many thanks Steve Rouse.

They texted when the room was ready. Easy check in and out. Reception/communal area was spotless. Lovely friendly owners. The room was beautiful and the beds were very comfy. My children have asked to go back. The bathroom was a good size.

Hotel was spotless Was in a great location near tower etc Rooms ideal and well laid out plenty storage and nice shower Bed was very comfortable Had a very good size TV in room They had thought of everything so didn’t want for anything as everything was at hand Nice Host Will definitely return

The room ( a double and a single ) was spacious . The beds were comfy . The room was clean . The host was lovely and chatty and bubbly. Our room was 1st floor ,so nice and easy . It was quiet ,no noise from neighbouring rooms or upstairs. The lounge was comfortable to sit in.

We come to Blackpool every year for dance championships. First time staying in this hotel. It smelled amazing, room was clean and tidy. Loved that there was a fan in the room as during summer months the rooms in these places tend to be like a sauna. I’ve stayed in many over the years and this is up there with one of the cleanest. Easy access to food places, transport, beach, shops. Check in and out was easy. It was central to winter gardens and shopping area nearby and beach. It was very affordable.

Not about the property but first time been told a £20 charge would be added from checking in after 8pm. Never experienced this anywhere in the 8 years we come to Blackpool. But this doesn’t impact on the property as still highly recommend.

We were room only. However the landlady made us feel welcome and assured us she was on the premises if we needed anything .

It was fine for what we paid.nothing to complain about.it was what we expected. I was on my own with 3 girls and felt quite safe .

we have paid £65 for 3 people. Therefore, our expactation were not high at all. I will say, generally, the price i have paid, the goes with it. I have no complaint.

The chuck out time. 10.00 o clock in the morning is very early. Instead, it should be 12.00 noon.

Rooms where clean and tidy cant remember the ladies name but the manager was very welcoming and lovely lady great with my children was very good room for the money we paid would stay again.
