Trying to get a drink with dinner was very hard a bar was in the dinning room but was not open asked for a drink when we sat down finally got it whilst eating the main course. Felt that dinner was rushed had to say to the staff if they could give us five minutes between main and dessert otherwise from start to finish would of taken about 15 minutes.

-WiFi was not available in our room, even we reported it to different members of staff we couldn't use this service and we didn't get a solution for it. -We asked if we could keep the luggage in the hotel while we were visiting the town and waiting for the room to be ready, the request was fulfilled. However it was left at the entrance where anyone could take and leave. -The room was warm, no Aircon just a fan, but if we were charging the phones and watch the TV, we couldn't use it... Only 2 plagues in the room! -Old style TV with only few channels available and signal issue. -The floor wasn't cleaned properly, we found different types of hairs, even we reported it, the situation didn't improve during our stay. -After the check-out due to the heavy rain we had to book a taxi to catch the train and very kindly one of the staff member helped us out with the hotel service, saying to us that in 5 minutes the taxi was there. However we had to wait more than 15 minutes because the staff didn't realise that the taxi call didn't go through.

-Few staff members were welcome and nice, they gave us directions and recommendations of restaurants. -The view outside the hotel right opposite to the sea and about 10 minutes walking to the nearest beach entrance.

There was a wedding on the first day we arrived … which meant you couldn’t use the pool or the dining room the bar/lounge area was taken up with the wedding guests both before and after … which made it crowded and unable to fined seating… so we went into town to eat !

The pool area was great .. food was lovely and reasonably priced.. rooms small but clean and comfortable.

The buffet breakfast was absolutely delicious, and I did love the variety of foods offered and the fact they did have fresh fruit. However, the outdoor pool was very dirty, with loads of dead flies in the water, something I hadn't experienced at an outdoor lido before. The TV in my room was out of order, pretty boring.

Room view bad, no hot water first night , but fixed in morning. Electric power cut off a while and fixed. No fridge, parking why must charge since it's a hotel..

Bedroom and toilet as general cleaning was ok. Disgusting the mould between the tiles on the bath’s walls and sealant, that should be cleaned with bleach or something else , the hotel should schedule a bath’s tiles cleaning . Also the bath’s taps were worn out of chrome polish but working properly . There is a slope quite dangerous in the bathroom, that area must be covered with anti-slippery stripes or patches, I don’t know how this bathroom floor had pass a H&S inspection by the authorities. Room number is 231 if the hotel owners of chain OCEANA are interested on fixing the floor which also the vinyl quality isn’t proper for wet areas. Do not plan to park your car in the hotel, specially if your coming from far, because it is small and by the time of your arrival you won’t get any chance to park your car not even on the street, if you are coming on a summer weekend . Staff was good and very helpful, specially the multi skill guy who was working at night attending the reception and the bar, that was busy because it was a wedding party, KUDOS for you. The hotel have a charming decor Caffè and a terraza with views to the swimming pool and the street. A few minutes away from the beach, walking down the cliff

Cleaner hotel , needs a paint sort the cigarette ends out all over the place

The location was was walkable into town and beach, and on a bus route . Had to pay for parking £12 a day Breakfast was nice however could have been a lot warmer . The Italian restaurant was really nice Food amazing Cleanliness not the best

Swimming pool was not the cleanest due to guests flicking cigarette ash from the balcony whilst we were swimming. The spa facilities next door were filthy in the evening, (but clean in the morning), however, we put this down to other guests and busy childrens holiday period. Had to wait a long time for our meal with starters and mains being confused, however the restaurant seemed short staffed for the amount of guests, and the food was good.

Free upgrade to larger family room with sea view and separate child's room with bunk, free breakfast included. Right next to the beach. Use of spa facilities next door. Good breakfast.

Hotel looked very old and the decoration was too old fashion. Lift and carpets were smelly. Corridors were very narrow.

This more reflects on my research but if you have a baby in a buggy you will need to climb 10 steps into the hotel and even with lifts in the hotel there are more steps to rooms. It was fine and this is me just being picky.

For the price the room is very good. Some reviews say the rooms are tired, a touch a paint maybe but I felt the room was very good for the price. The hotel facilities are very good.

Old dirty carpets, hard uncomfortable bed, tired furniture in the room and restaurant, old type of windows, very small TV, loud hot water, old type of hotel so no air con, people next door were smoking during day, staff said that they only do walk around at night, at night also there was smoking (I reported to reception, they checked but people didn't open the door) and my room was stinky despite trying to block the gap under door

The bed seemed old and was uncomfortable. The room also felt like it could do with some uplifting. Strange smell in the lift.
