There was nothing not to like !

The property itself had a lovely country feel about it. Presh had great knowledge of the walks we wanted to do. The location was perfect for us, particularly as we didn’t have a car. Simon (the owner) is a great host, and Jess is absolutely delightful !

Wasn’t anything really but a small guest fridge in breakfast area would have been useful especially for cold drinks as weather so warm

The hotel was amazing had a fabulous stay there Bedroom was beautiful with a lovely view over the common The Breakfast was great with a nice sitting area also outside weather dependant Would definitely recommend.

Not really a case of didn’t like, but things that I noticed was there was no place to hang a hand towel in the bathroom, and the only other issue we had was that we couldn’t adjust the shower properly to a warm, constant flow. I realize these are extremely minor though I would still say it’s really an excellent place to stay but input his input.

Everybody was very nice. The location was good. It was comfortable.

The room was a little small with no wardrobe, it did have hooks to hang a few clothes though. All ok for a couple of nights.

Lovely place to stay in a great location within walking distance of Brockenhurst. Staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was a little small but more than adequate for a weekend stay. Overall loved our stay here.

Would have preferred longer access to the lounge into the evening. Would have appreciated clean mugs and bins being emptied during our 3 night stay.

A lovely place to stay right in the heart of Brockenhurst. Rooms and bathroom facilities were extremely clean and had a calm lounge and dining area. Breakfast just as I like it. Great storage area for our bikes and lots of parking.

The room was tiny and there were no shelves in the shower room for meds and toiletries.

Shelly and Simon were amazing hosts. They even drove us to the train station.

The bedroom was quite small, but fine if you just staying for a few nights.

Wonderful location with the New Forest just across the lane. Easy walking distance from Brockenhurst station, on the main line to London. Friendly and very helpful staff. Well designed accommodation, including a pleasant lounge.

Only disappointment is as there is no cooked breakfast. The selection of yogurt fruit croissant etc is excellent though.
