we had no secure parking and this was not good, as a local tried to urinate on our motorbikes which was not pleasant..

Staff were friendly & helpful, it wasn’t in Falkirk as we expected but not too far from the train station for Edinburgh. Rooms were comfortable and food was very good.

The stairs up to the room were challenging with suitcases. No on-site parking but was able to park in the street outside.

Comfort and cleanliness of room. The manager was super friendly and helpful. Appreciated the fresh milk for my tea. Central to Stirling, Edinburgh and Glasgow as well as the Falkirk Wheel and Selkies.

Lovely staff, friendly venue, and nice cosy room. Obviously a well loved venue by locals and so I was unsurprised that many were enjoying the incredible sunshine in the garden. As other reviews note, I could hear the pub activity from my room (as the window opened onto the garden), but to be honest, if you don't like a little ambient sound, don't book a room in a pub! I slept like a log.

The bin in the bathroom hadn't been emptied after the previous guests (who has filled it to the brim and left a pair of mouldy tights / pop socks on the top). Everything else was spotless though, so I am sure this was an honest oversight. We didn't notice this until late in the evening, so was too late to rectify, but they gave us a free drink in the bar when I told them.

We checked in quite late (after 8pm). The 2 staff at the bar were really nicel.

The only drawback to the room was a minor inconvenience; the bathroom light was very bright and on a motion sensor so there was no way to keep it off when getting up in the night, which was slightly disturbing to others in the room.

We loved this accomodation! It was easy to find, check in was super easy, and the staff were friendly! The room itself was very clean, spacious and comfortable, and it was also great value for money!

There did't seem to be any staff available during the day if I had any questions. Most of the doors to the bar were locked, so couldn't gain access. I reported a noise in my room that was keeping me a wake. The lady asked if was an alarm I said no it was not an alarm. She just said I can't think what that could be. She never done anything further. She could have said I check your room or I will try find what that could be. So bit disputing from customer service point of view.

The restaurant was lovely to look at (much nicer than I had expected) and the staff great. A little bit disappointed in the food to be honest. It was just okay, not by any means bad, but the veg was a bit soggy and the steak pie quite ordinary. Could have been just an off night

I generally stay in premier inn's (at least once a week) but the one I wanted was full so I took a chance on the Cornhill. I am so glad I did. Lovely room, great facilities and a good bit cheaper than a premier for my trip. Staff couldn't have been nicer. This may become my new favourite in the Falkirk area

The music from the pub was so loud our bathrooms was vibrating. If you want a quiet night this is not the spot. There’s no need for the music to be that loud if you also run a hotel which is above. Surely they must factor in they have guests up stairs.
