United KingdomThere is no onsite parking - but there is a car park about a 3min walk away. It’s £8.00 for 24hrs or £2.00 if you park between 6pm & 8am. Download the MiPermit app before arrival for convenience. The noise. Maybe I should have done more research but the rooms are above a pub/restaurant . I stayed here with my 4yr old on Wednesday evening before our trip to the safari park . There was shouting from the bar next door till 10.30/11pm followed by loud music from local boy racers that were parked outside chatting/shouting. I couldn’t open the windows because of this so it turned out to be a very warm/uncomfortable night! A fan is provided in the room however it sounded like it may take off at any moment so was no help. Thursday morning turns out to also be local bin day….. so at 6.30am the sound of crashing glass bottles was our wake up call. Definitely something to consider if you are travelling with children or you’re hoping for an early night or lazy morning.
I booked here as it’s only 10mins away from West Midlands Safari Park. The room was clean, there is lots of tea/coffee provided. Clean towels are provided as well as shampoo/conditioner/shower gel & a hairdryer. Bed is comfortable. There is a Tv in the room with freeview. The location is riverside which is lovely and you can sit out for food/drinks.

United KingdomThere are 2 flights of steep stairs to get to the room and the fire doors were very heavy. Sometimes the security light in the stairwell did not work and left us in the dark at the top of the stairs. Fan needs replacing in the room, which we let them know when we left. Be aware the room is above a bar and the next door one is open til midnight.

United KingdomIn fairness, the rooms, situated in a different part of the building,were a little dissapointing, looked as if they hadn't been cleaned, dust on the radiators, a lot of dust within the shower room area, shower was a bit unpredictable, hard to adjust temperature, but, the views were lovely, looking out over the River Severn, so this did make up for the slightly uncleanliness
Breakfast not included in our stay, but, we did have breakfast at Courtyard, excellent value for money, lovely Cafe on riverside, friendly, helpful staff
