Nothing, really. Maybe one thing - the bacon would have been better if it had had more fat that had been crisped up.

It was clean everywhere, including the front garden, and all the fittings were sympathetic with the style of the original house. The room provisions were great - we really savoured our hot chocolate after a long day walking and getting wet! We liked the 'courtyard' with its roof of passionflower, that we looked down onto. Even having our own bathroom slightly down the hall didn't bother us; it was neat and the shower gave good power and heat. The beds were narrow but really comfortable- I often get a bad back and the mattress supported me very well.

Hosts could not do enough for us,everything was clean and spotless,great location opposite the beach and plenty of parking.we stayed in the family room,the decor was excellent and we also had a balcony,breakfast was hot and fresh and plenty of choices, I would highly recommend this guest house.

There is absolutely nothing not to like.

The Courtyard Guest House is very well appointed, and in an excellent location just off the seafront. The hosts Gareth and Donna are absolutely wonderful and so welcoming and attentive. The Courtyard Guest House is absolutely superb throughout. The rooms are exceptional including beautiful decor, mini fridge, cooling fan, heating, free wi-fi tea and coffee making facilities including biscuits ,water in fridge, desk and chair ,TV even a tissue box !! The breakfast is just amazing with a superb menu to select from. The attention to detail is second to none . We thoroughly recommend staying at the Courtyard and will definitely be returning.

The host made sure we had everything we needed. Fresh milk in the fridge for tea. Excellent breakfast and made lots of sweet accommodations for my children. Had beach towels and toys for us to borrow.

We got a little noise from squeaky floor boards in the room above us. But it's to be expected in such a beautiful old property.

Absolutely everything! What an absolute little gem this place is. It's spotlessly clean, you have everything you need and the breakfast is lovely. The host is lovely and can't do enough for you. We will definitely be returning.

The Lady of the house is very kind. There is a big room with queen bed; a separate children little room and a private bathroom with shower. The breakfast is homemade and there are more option to choose from. Good position close to the beach and town center

Everything about this emasculate little family run guest house is exceptional from the owners who were so lovely and friendly to the room spotlessly clean and laid out so professionally when we return to Great Yarmouth this would most definitely be where I would like to stay highly recommended.
