Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomApartment is a generous description. This room has a separate (private) bathroom across the landing. The only additional things over and above a bed and a bathroom is a fridge and microwave (but no plates or cutlery).
Clear instructions to check in. Comfortable bed, plenty of tea and coffee. Instructions about waste stream separation for recycling. Quiet. Short walk to the railway station. Flyers for local businesses on show.

United KingdomI didn't realise when I booked this room that it was en-suite, but the others did have. I had extremely noisy people in the next room that went on all night. I contacted the owner, and he was very apologetic and gave me a full refund. It was an unfortunate situation, this would not prevent me from booking here again. Next time, I will book a room with an en-suite

My only issue was that the keys to the room did not work initially, but it was sorted. I had a heavy and large suitcase so it was difficult to maneuver the stairs but that was nothing to do with you.
