The bed in the main bedroom is just too big and the curtains are too long for the room. Also the sofas just slide around the living room because of the floor so not sure if it would be good to get a larger rug or some sticky pads for the feet. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay!

Great location, really nice atmosphere to the apartment, nicely decorated. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, easy access in and out with key codes. Great shower and shampoos and conditioners. We really enjoyed our long weekend.

The main bedroom with the en-suite could do with a smaller bed to give better access. Could do with a proper clean, lots of cobwebs around.

Great place to stay, just a short walk into Yarm centre and the viaduct. Nicely decorated and made to feel very homely. Good communication on getting access and the parking. Lovely to have a kitchen with fridge and dishwasher, with washing up liquid and tables provided. Bathrooms with soap, shampoo and conditioner were a nice addition and smelt nice. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again if we visit around here again.

I have tried to find a way to contact the host with some things we found in the property that were either broken or dirty - I won't elaborate here. I found the key pad to the apartment a bit tricky, I later realised after pressing the pad, that the # needs to be pressed prior to adding the code.

The property is stunning, very tastefully decorated just as described. We felt as safe as houses. It's in the heart of Yarm and right next door to The Blue Bell, which was fab. Our first visit to Yarm now our son has moved there with work... And it won't be our last. It was a wonderful stay. Just a few minor points for the host, if I can find a way to email her. Book, you won't be disappointed.

We had no problems

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and had lovely views It was peaceful at night with comfy beds We had several lovely walks within walking distance from the front door. Yarm is a charming village with plenty of shops and quaint pubs. If we need to return to the area, this would be our first stop.

There were a few minor issues that could easily be resolved: - Couldn’t use lamp in hallway as socket didn’t work - Bulb not working by main door in hallway. - Couldn’t use TV in bedroom as it needed retuning & we gave up after a couple of goes. - Shower gel & shampoo bottles in both bathrooms were either very low or empty, so we had to purchase some ourselves. However, the main problem was the size of the bed in room with en-suite. The frame was so bulky you had to squeeze round it to get in/out of bathroom (& somehow try not to tread on the curtains!) The same size bed with a straighter frame would have given much more room.

Location was excellent - very close to the High Street & you could do a number of walks from your doorstep. Apartment was very comfortable, warm, clean & tidy. Nicely furnished, kitchen well equipped & plenty of storage space. Having off street, gated parking was an also bonus.

We only had 3 forks and 3 spoons for family of 4. Floor a little squeeky but appartment was nice.

Nice appartment in a nice safe area, close to shops, restaurants and pubs. Check in and out was easy using a keypad. Would stay again.

Gorgeous apartment and very close to the town centre. It had a well equipped kitchen and cosy lounge area. Very nice bathrooms with upmarket toiletries, and the bed was so comfortable, with luxurious bedding. I had a perfect stay, and Kassi was so friendly and great to deal with. I would definitely recommend this beautiful apartment.

Beautiful apartment only a few minutes walk from the lovely high street in Yarm. Communication from hosts was excellent with great recommendations for bars & restaurants in the welcome pack. They even left us some treats for our stay which was a lovely touch. Highly recommend !!
